The same thing happened to us when we bought it in Target. And then we asked for assistance from one of their employees and she couldn’t figure it out also and she was saying that we’re not supposed to touch the display since it’s made differently. Now she was mad at us because she said we broke it. Lol 😂 So we just bought our own even if we couldn’t figure out how to take the car seat off. But as soon as we read the instructions, we we’re like “that’s it?!” Hahahaha! I wanted to go back to Target and just take it out myself since the employee keeps on telling us that we broke it. Lol

You can also put the car seat into the toddler seat! (its only mentioned as a picture in the book) You simply put the stroller in toddler seat mode(facing out), then put the infant seat in facing the parent. Push down until it clicks. (you have to tilt the front of the infant seat down into the toddler seat a bit first, then push down the back of the infant seat) It gives you FULL canopy coverage.

Had this stroller for my daughter & loved it until I jammed the stroller handles in the car seat one day and it broke. 😒 I could still use it but with the other stroller adapter, I couldn’t use the car seat in the stroller anymore. And it was HUGE. I always got stuck in the stores. But for the price, it’s not bad. I was even debating getting the double stroller now because of the price.

We’ve had this stroller just over one year, the car seat is easy to keep clean the cover removes easily but the stroller cover does not remove and is difficult to keep clean, and the bassinet foot well has started to split on both sides.

I have this stroller same color and I love it and so dose my son the car seat comes with infent insert which I loved and can remove when older everything is very padded which gave me a piece of mine it only has a cup holder but I dont use it but I got a stroller organizer which was like $20 it is very well mead I've used it going up hills on rocks sand anything and works just fine I also have put a pack of 24 water case and it holds up fine I would repurchase it for sure great stroller ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yeah, pretty much just use a receiving blanket for padding. The baby should always be with supervised while in it anyway.

The car seat is good. The stroller is very cheaply made. If you do anything besides nicely paved paths you will want a better stroller. Also lean the carseat back a bit when clipping the carseat into the stroller. Otherwise its a pain.

I live in Canada and I bought the exact dtroller/car seat combo for my baby. Mine came with the bumper bar on the car seat. I'm glad it did too. So that information is wrong, the Canadian version (mine atleast) came with the car seat bumper bar.

You're saying it's really easy to pop the car seat into the stroller but your video cuts and jumps at 2:14, exactly when you demo it. I find putting the car seat in the stroller the hardest and worst part this product. It's really frustrating to do every day and other brands get it right.

I have this stroller system. Biggest regret is buying this travel system. My son is 6 months old, 18 lbs and he doesnt fit in the car seat any more. The car seat gets stuck in the stroller frame all the time. Or it doesnt click in properly. And my front wheels hardly ever go straight. They are always turn to the side. Making walking very difficult.

So glad i seen your honest review. I’ve done some digging and read so many bad reviews on target for this stroller bc I loved it and wanted to purchase but so many people in the review section did mention the issues with the tires as well as the connecting from stroller to car seat. The bassinet is comfortable. It cannot be used on its own. It needs to be attached to the frame in order to be used.

I have this stroller and I love everything about it except for the shoulder strap buckles are kind of close together and my baby's head keeps bumping into the buckles behind his head. So, when it’s in carriage mode, are the straps still there?
