I recently installed full akrapovic exhaust system. The installation process was pretty simple and I didn’t have any problems. The sound is excellent. The exhaust makes all the difference. I went for the akrapovic racing line carbon and I do not regret getting it.

For me It’s perfect. The only thing that made me sell the 07 was the lack of power. Now it’s fixed 😂. I just need to learn to wheelie again cause I’m too scared to wreck the bike

"Too much power" is a relative thing. Too much for what? When you find yourself out on an open mountain pass at 2000 meters, an MT09 is not too much power.

No such thing as too much power, I have a gen 3 hayabusa and I still don't think it's insane. As long as you're in the lower RPMs under 6-7k you got nothing to worry about.

You need to set your Shiftindicatorlight correctly! ;> You are already above the 1000 km. Some fitting M10 screws for your old mirror holes would be also nice.

Yes, definitely I will be fitting the M10 screws in the holes and I totally forgot about the shift indicator cause I never look at it 😂

Zdarec, aky rezim jazdis ? + ma zaujima wheelie. power wheelie cez plyn ide na vsetkych modoch ako tak ale do urcitej miery smaozrejme. Da sa clutch wheelie napriklad v rezime street ? alebo naprikllad sport ? alebo je nutne vypnut antiwheelie alebo TCS ?

Ja jazdím tak že všetko mám na šport a antiwheelie mám úplne vypnuté motorka ide bez spojky (čiže iba s plynom) na zadné úplne sama v jednotke a dvojke. V trojke som sa so spojkou ešte bal skúšať, nakoľko ju mam veľmi krátko. Popravde v režime šport mi príde že motorka sa dá na zadnom lepšie kontrolovať lebo nemáš takú agresívnu reakciu na plyn. Na zadné ide aj so zapnutou trakciou stačí ti vypnúť antiwheelie. Hádam som zodpovedal všetky tvoje otázky 😅 ak by ti ešte niečo napadlo kľudne sa pýtaj 😃

@@robo0o_761 nedáva mi zmysel že ai napisal že v režime šport sa da kontrolovať lebo šport ma 1 mapu najsilnejšiu a ten plyn je najagresívnejši🤣a zaujíma ma či vies dat clutch wheelie so zapnutým lift controlom na 1 napriklad 😀 Prepínam

@pankral450 ja dviham na zadné v športe tiež ale keď som skúšal prvý krát prišlo mi to bezpečnejšie v streete. Dá sa zdvihnúť na zadné aj keď máš lift Control na 1tke len dvihne ti to menej ako keď to máš úplne vypnuté čo je samozrejmosť. Ja som na mojej mt07 už vedel celkom po zadnom jazdiť tak som si to vypol úplne ale ak by som bol začiatočník určite by som začínal s lift Control na 1tke

Hey, thank you. So I chose the 09. I’ve ridden them back to back and I liked the 09 better. For sure the mt10 is a bit faster because you compare the 160hp and 120hp. The hp difference is pretty much on bikes. But I enjoyed the 09 better. For the riding I want to do and for me it was simply a better fit.

ahoj, mam mt 09sp 2021 a moc mi to nevyhovuje, nepaci sa mi ten zly pocit z predneho kolesa. Pripadá mi to nebezpečné v úzkych zákrutách (Sardínia)..chcem vymeniť motorku a veľmi sa mi páči Aprilia RS660 alebo nová MT09SP 2024, vy, čo ste vyskúšali oboje, čo sa vám páči viac z hľadiska pocitu s predným kolesom ?

Tak môj názor bude veľmi zaujatý pretože ja mám veľmi rád MT celkovo. Či už mt07/09/10. Čo sa týka aprilie rs660 tá motorka je super. Krásne sa na nej jazdi, na to že je superšport je pohodlná a riadenie mi príde presné, tá motorka ide tam kam chceš. Čo sa týka mt09sp ktorú akurát mám tak tá mi vyhovuje vo všetkom. Či už sú to ostré technické zákruty ale aj nejaké rýchlejšie ťahavejsie zákruty. Z motorky mám pocit že ide presne tam kam chcem. Čo sa týka predného kolesa tak ja mám úplne vypnuté antiwheelie pretože ja som rád keď viem na motorke za zákrutou trosku zdvihnúť na zadné. Myslím si že najlepšie spravíš ak si obe motorky vyskúšaš a potom sa rozhodneš. Sám najlepšie uvidis čo ti viac vyhovuje.

I found it interesting that the rider covers the clutch with his left hand on a bike with an up and down quick shifter. Equally surprisingly that he doesn't cover the front brake with his hand. I would think covering the brake when riding briskly would be more of a priority.

Idk why I did that 😅 but I mostly do the engine breaking because I’m not trying to reach the turn with the most speed. This was more relaxed riding. Will keep it in mind in the future though

I'll suggest you buy some quality leather gloves. You can rash up a lot of stuff and get by, but not your hands. Think about it, you do everything with your hands, and fingers are small.

It does but I am too scared 😂I always ease off the throttle a bit so it doesn’t wheelie that much. It’s a new bike and I don’t want to wreck it but believe me it always wants to wheelie 😂

Idk I like it. It feels new and from my point of view it looks much better than gen3. The gen 2 models are absolutely stunning but you dont have the tech which I wanted so for me this was an easy choice :)
