I LOVE the fairy time idea 😍😍 I’m all about unwinding and no screen time before bed fit the kids and this is a cute way to do it. My husband is the same as yours, he can fall asleep whenever wherever but I always struggle 🙆🏾‍♀️

So I loved this video! I also loved what you said when you have a business you do like monthly meetings and some things are not bearing as much fruit, or just not working out work, you bring up ideas to modify that. But in your own home families don't talk to each other to bring up solutions for their home; in order for routines and other things to work. (SO WISE) I loved the routine. :) I also like what you do to the girls read before bed. I read a thing called devotional is a book with small stories for girls( I have one but it comes for boys too), is based on the bible and how we are not alone, it really detoxes our kids and even us! from all world expectations. I'm definitely like you in that I have really bad insomnia, so I feel your pain ☹️ I got COVID back in the end of October of 2021 and unfortunately I still feel exhausted all the time (I hope your exhaustion doesn't last this long). You should give tretinoin a go. It’s script only so need a derm or GP to prescribe but it is anti-aging , helps with acne, skin pigmentation , fine lines etc.

Most women I know say their Husbands/partners always full asleep pretty much as soon as they get into bed etc. I think that us Women worry about things and have busy brains and it's hard for us to switch off and just go straight to sleep. I have a hot milky drink e.g. a Milo and do a brain dump before bed to try and clear my mind.
