Event dispatcher in unreal engine 5 1

Communicate between blueprint always was a big question what is the best way to do it?
the important thing is how to communicate from level blueprint to other blueprints and from other blueprint access variables in level blueprints

Just a friendly reminder, haven't seen you make a video for a while. So letting you know that you are not allowed to quit. So I will give you a subject to make a video on. 🙃 I use Unreal Engine for film not video games. And I need to make it so that I can create a blueprint which has the animation of my character unsheathing his sword, but then puts it back. I know this can be done in video games, but in sequencer there is a way to do it by activating the command in sequencer. But the person who I saw do this trick did it with a text based system, which is useless to me. But then I remembered you exist and will know!!
