I think its a nice quest. It is pretty fun but People complain about "its to hard" but they dont look at the whole area.

Because its a massive map, And they just want to get done, So they can leave and more on to the next game. Big maps, Lots of good hide spots, ofc it gets concerning.

I prayed to the lord and savior I believe in to spawn the thief near me. (he didn’t spawn in the area. I checked houses, the park, backyards and the open. No where to be found.
