ok guys here's some tips: for the elite badge it may look bugged but the tracking for the thieves is just terrible. if you ever get a location that's out in the open and there are no thieves in the area, that means they are AROUND, and you have to LOOK. here was some of my locations: -around in the city but the marker was underground. find an underground parking building and the thief is downstairs -near the train rails: the thief is all the way tucked in a building's corner nearby -if u ever get one near the ship/cargo: check the SHIP, the thief spawns upstairs on either sides of the UPPER floors -if you get an open park: check nearby HOUSES in the back or near the trees in the yard you can always reset to get new locations but i kept getting these "bugged" locations on every run. good luck!

Believe me or not dude I had finally all 4 thieves so I went back to the christmas tree where a director or someone like that was waiting for me. So at that point you have a road both ways with a fence thing in the mid you know. So I first had the wrong side then I wanted to drive back but I steered to short. Which made my vehicle get stuck. So I went out my vehicle to push it and then three people came to me. I died in front of the christmas tree!

Dude, honestly, if you don't have good luck, don't even try to do the elite part, it's simply the most RNG thing in the universe, and you still have to find the NPC that is anywhere in the blue circle (the circle and giant) man, how difficult is it to develop just by putting where the NPC is and that's it, these new roblox events are really bad, there are maps that take you 3 hours to get 2 and others that only take 5 minutes, Roblox doesn't care about quality control, I'm only going to do it for items that aren't all that.

Worst event quest I played especially if you want elite badge, I try to look for all the thieves for hours until I found the last one near hiding behind a house until some gangster killed me afterwards and restarted all my quests forcing me to do all that again and what’s worse that finding the thieves spawns randomly again, which means I have to look different spots again, fuck this game, I’m skipping the elite quest

I think the developer developing the present isn’t meant to be the location for the thieves, it was meant to be a blue radius. Where the word “find” comes to play. But still, the developer wants the elite token to be time consuming!

Doing the elite token was hell u have to be careful to not crash ur car or u need to walk unless theres bike (And searching for an hour for the last it still not found) And also theres some ppl that just come up at u for no reason and u die and had to restart the whole thing

cleared it in 2 hours so im gonan leave my words of wisdom, -if u checked ur spot and behind all buildings and its not there, if there is a bridge nearby check UNDER it. -if u get one near a ship check the TOP FLOORS, -always check trees if u checked behind all buildings and its not there -if theres an underground parking space and the marker is there, most likely the theif is gonna be inside the parking space, but if its above ground its most likely not gonna be there -if ur vehicle breaks down or u run out of gas, go to the police station and respawn ur vehicle, it will refill it slighty, if ur out of gas fill it up, but u dont need to repair ur vehicle

Yeah, because in my case, there was players that were just focused on killing police players, literally they just see a police car and they just crashed to the car till the player leave the car and start shooting to kill him, and the worse thing is that they were using the most expensive guns of the game, for over 2 hours i finally completed the elite mission because of the horrible position of the gifts in the map and that damn players that just were focused on killing cops

I just did the elite part and it was so damn annoying, the first 3 were pretty easy as it was just around the area near the blue symbol, but the last one was in the city near the bank and that one if you get it, it's in the parking lot underground near the big christmas tree, you have to drive underground to the parking lot and to the left there's a tiny exit door and the thief is standing right inside.. it was so annoying because I was looking ON top by the roads and buildings, don't waste your time..

if ur stuck on this still here is tips: firstly if you ever get one that has the radius of the car dealership in it, check it first because it is most likely to be found in there. also the present icon DOES NOT MEAN it is exactly located there. there is also one which is underground where the green and red up and down thingys so check there if there is a present at the end of the map, it is not in the water but it may look like it because of the radius check only the land part because it’s basically just making it easier for you

this was by far the worst experience i had in this event it sucks so bad. if you really want the badge prepare to go through long searching but if its not that serious to you please do not even try IT SUCKSSS and this is coming from someone that likes to finish and complete these events. ive never had to go through so much stress in my LIFEEE NOT EVEN JOKING ONE OF THE PRESENTS SHOWED A LOCATION IN WATER. i rejoined so much i lost count

I arrested all the robbers but then my car got stuck. I was pretty far from the Christmas Tree so I thought that the Dealership (which was nearby) would allow me to spawn in a vehicle… nope. I decided to rejoin cuz I ain’t walking that large distance and guess what? My progress reset. So yeah…. this wasn’t a fun one. At least the robbers were in the same location.

Ok, so if the thieves ( mark as a present on the map) is outside the map that doesnt mean you can't find it btw. The present mark has a huge blue circle around it which means the theif is somewhere in that circle.
