😊 you should you should definitely come to Santa Maria California and Guadalupe California are about 15 minutes away from each other on the Central Coast where we have Santa maria-style barbecue but there is also a lot of Taco stands with a lot of locally-owned businesses that serve great food and great tacos you should really think about coming down here to try some food it's amazing

You did not try their Menudo Blanco which is only on the weekends. It is really excellent as it is not over-powered by Oregano and has a clear broth. Also, their Machaca is old school shredded beef jerky not the shredded boiled beef that are seen in most places which is what is served before in Mexico and the flavor is more intense and Casero.
