I’d rate this 5 for me. It has continued to increase as I practice the neutrality I learned from my Evercoach training. I’ve been nurturing this for the past few weeks by thinking “events happen and I create the story I believe to be true”.

Yes, this. Thank you Ajit & everyone behind the camera. This is exactly what I need to hear. I've been building that frustration muscle for a couple years as I've been building a small business. Thanks for the encouragement!

Great video Coach Ajit ... I'd rate myself an 8+/10 if its me trying to overcome a frustration relating to something I am doing .. I tend to be very persistent however long it takes. If it's a frustration based on something that someone else is doing then that's 4/10 at best as I'm comparing it to what I'd do ... this is trying / testing my patience with others abilities. .. and yes building that frustration muscle is Uber-frustrating 🤣

Excellent information! I get so frustrated and disappointed with my posts on the various social media channels...so...I will keep plugging away! On a side note...my wife and I bought both The Business Book of Coaching and The Book of Coaching! On the Business Book of Coaching now and it is amazing! I would suggest to read it and make highlights and dog ear pages then, read it again! #WOA! Thanks, Ajit!

I reslly like the Failing List and using that to remove fear and giving myself permission to fail if or when that happens.
Count the small victories, count your small steps. Surviving a massive stroke, and a head on accident, 4 weeks in ICU during COVID..., my wife and sister had to talk with nurses to keep me safe... One nurse caught VIVID and wanted to come in my room with her cough, not take off 😂 for my safety??? I caught the last victory, A huge blessing... I can raise both arms... Thank God...

I love this video. Building the frustration muscle and (I would add) comparing yourself only to your PAST SELF is the way to walk towards your goal. Thanks Ajit!!!!!

All very true. I find the frustration muscle crosses into all areas of life as well - with anything that you feel is worth caring about! It's important to be ok with being frustrated & have things not work out!
