I have five sisters. Women bullied other women is an understatement especially the youngest. The youngest was pretty and super smart. They used to do some crazy stuff to her. I wont write it since it might be blocked. That how crazy some of stuff was.

I was rejected from even an interview for a waitressing job strictly because of my age. I have years of experience. When they called me, the only question they asked was how old are you. Okay- we will get back to you. And never did. Mind you, I’m a gorgeous 48.. if they ever took the time to meet me, they would have seen that; and even more- a loyal and devoted employee.

Society is delusional, women need to get a break from these ageism beauty standards. Men are praised from their mature looks, wrinkles and all, not to mention an almost 90 year old Indiana Jones still being a Casanova and kicking young men butts in the big screen. Meanwhile, 80 year women are portrayed living in nursing homes having the “time of their lives”, like in Queen Bees!!!!

Women can ridicule and police each other mercilessly. The patriarchy is conveniently blamed but I’ve never seen a man tell a woman she had to cut her hair to shoulder length when she was 60 or that she couldn’t have long grey hair. I have had a woman tell me she wishes she didn’t have to shave her armpits but doesn’t want to alienate her girlfriends. And we all know that our wives often put more effort into dressing up when they go out with their girlfriends than when they go out with their husbands. The same girlfriends who are being put down for getting an obnoxious boob job or buying a house in a snobby neighborhood.

My mom is obsessed with youth.( sadly a narcissist)..I started using lotion on my face @ 16...@ 21 on daily used lotions and eye cream ex....never used botox..I am in my 50's...sad these young girls can't enjoy their young skin and their young womanhood.....
