I have major anxiety, claustrophobia, and panic attacks. I can not go to concerts or sports arenas. Sometimes I have to sit in the car for ten minutes to prepare to go in a store. Just wanted you to know I understand how hard venturing out is, and I applaud you! Getting out can be fun, but I’m always happy to walk through my front door, and see my precious pets and be back in my safe haven/sanctuary.

So glad you're feeling better. My late Mother suffered with the same and her psychologist gave her exercises to do to calm down that were making a huge difference but taking antidepressants ruined her. Steer clear of drugs is our advice because once you start, one leads to another for side effects from the first drug, etc, etc. St John's Wort is good, worked well for my Father -in -Law. Glad you both got the things you love! You earned them xx

Panic attacks are taken off by antidepressants. I have been taking them for six months and stopped when I felt better. We are, human being , able to handle our body and condition. I wish you being healthy and happy. Shopping is very good thing for raising human spirits . However, it’s a temporary defense of emotions. Merry Christmas to you🌲🌲🌲

Yeah, I wear it 24/7. When I go to the gym or clean the house and stuff then I put like a sport’s wrist band on it. But yes, I’m a bit ocd with the scratches as well 😅

Hermès shoes are so not worth it, we brought back every pair we bought and there were so many. My shoemaker friend in Paris repairs them and is so tired of them because the quality changed so much over the last years. The Oran sandals for example had leather inside the sole before and now they put cardbox.
