Everdell is back with Farshore, But is it better than the original?

Got the complete collection, haven't played it yet. Don't think I will get this until I play the complete collection first. I think this is like a Brass Birmingham vs Brass Lancashire argument, if you have one your not going to want the other, even if you get it you will get rid of one you like less at some point.

The "Complete" Collection sure didn't last very long for supposedly being the last expansion.

This is a new standalone game, not an expansion.

They basically used semantics, "this is the last expansion for Everdell" but " we didn't say anything about standalone games"

I haven't played Everdell, but have wanted to for a long time. Now I don't really know if it's worth buying the original, if Farshore is going to be as big but better... Gonna have to wait and see, probably won't be buying either any time soon..
