Haha same! I think if someone doesn't have either game, this is interesting because you can figure out if Everdell or Farshore appeals the most to them. But I'm happy with my copy of Everdell+Bellfaire :)

At 33:35, after you've played "Custom office", could you have already activated it? It works on itself too?

No, the governance buildings don't activate for themselves.

Hm... comparing base game to base game, I think this version is just more interesting. I really like the rule that groups together the same cards on the market, this should be retro-fitted into old Everdell.
