Everest Base Camp Training - A random walk.

I will be embarking on the Everest Base Camp Walk, starting on the 1st November. To date I have put in a good amount of training (Run, Walk, Weights etc). This was a random one practising using phone for Vlogging on the actual thing. This walk ended up being 15.83 Km (10 miles) 20,878 steps in a time of 3hr 5min. Ave pace was 5km/h.
