Yes! Mountains are mammoth and speak the language of silence! You are blessed to listen and speak to them! As Savithri said, trek is meditative! we are just a speck in front of them ! And feel humbled! Sure your adventure can not be explained! Can only be experienced!

A fantastic explanation about your Trek to Everest Base Camp, A great trek forever. I recall my golden memories of my trek to EBC in 1988, 1993 and 1999. As you said, age is not the question, planning again in 2024!

Such a great video ! One of the best videos for EBC!! Which is the best place to exchange the currency ?
@ssfamilyfirst23613 ай бұрын
@@suriyakumar602 thanks for watching, it is better to exchange the currency from your country if its India. It's only with the INR that there was a challenge. Other major ones like dollars and pounds exchabge are easily available .

Thanks for watching. For 1 person it came to 1 lakh approximately including flight, stay and food. Food & Water keeps getting expensive as we go higher. We were not aware of packaged deals that include food.its better to take that.

Great explanation about your Trek to EBC. Thanks for lot of insight information. Guide cost, Sherpa cost and food costs are also included in the package?
@ssfamilyfirst23613 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching, though the guide and sherpa cost is included still they expect you to give a tip at the end. They are happy to take whatever you give. The food and water cost was NOT INCLUDED in our package. You need to ask for it if you want. We made a mistake of not including it. The package cost will increase.

WHICH MONTH, WHICH DATE U START JOURNEY FROM KATHMANDU TO LUKLA, WHICH SUNGLASS USED,HOW MUCH COST OF THAT SUNGLASS, IN EBC, PLEASE
@ssfamilyfirst23613 ай бұрын
We went in the mid Sept. I would say the best time to go. No rains, almost autumn and very pleasant weather. Peak season begins by Sept end, we returned by then. It starts getting very crowded. Any good branded sunglasses will do or get from the sports shop where you plan to buy other gears. They can recommend the best ones.

@@anjankumar7588 Sherpa helps us to carry our luggage and guide keeps up the spirit. Otherwise we have to carry the bags and walk by ourselves. It's a little difficult for us. We will need all the stamina, energy and enthusiasm to keep walking for 10 to 12 hrs. Also the sherpa and guide give us information about the place and the surroundings. It is their source of livelihood. Though it is not compulsory, it is advisable.
