@@fuzzonwheels Thats a good shape! I have only done half everest in about 11 hours. I dont think I have the energy for all :D

@@wordpress4373 I had done a half everest on the same hill in about 7 hours so I figured if I could keep the same zone 2 pace I’d be alright. Eating enough was the biggest issue
