Hi chief, just got myself a 2006 jeep grand cherokee with hemi. Locking wheel nuts the one with three studs/pins , badly damaged, also the key badly damaged. I used the 19 mm irwin bolt grip socket. Hammered it on used a strong bar , came off easy. Hignly recommended, worth there weight in gold

It would be nice if the people in the background would pipe down while they're shooting a video.

wyk--You're kidding, right? Who would reasonably expect a whole room of people to remain silent while you shoot an 8 minute video? There's also some reverberation owing to the height of the room he's in; it's difficult to hear him clearly w/o straining. He should have waited for a quieter period or just shot the video somewhere else.

You say “tap”, then you just push.....not very consistent.

The easy outs don't work most of the time wasting time

I use them in an industrial setting and they work the majority of the time for me. Drill your hole as close to the center as possible and as deep as possible, and use a tap wrench (not an adjustable).

@@Toolaholic7 I have used that technique when breaking easy outs and taps 😁 Usually though when I'm working inside machines at work it's more feasible to just use a left hand drill bit and an easy out, they work for me almost every time, unless @#$%ing loctite is involved.

Most of them defeat you breaking off.Automotive, have to watch how far to drill. Can go too far going into a water jacket in a cylinder head
