Thanks, Frank!! Great work around. I hope Evernote gets makes their Task feature more robust. I'm going to give your work around a try!

Thanks! So many people are already successful with a task manager they love. I'm one of them. Keep me posted on how this works for you.

Any updates re "new" Taskclone Frank?

TaskClone 2.0 is now live. I think they are concentrating at first on transferring current users over. The TaskClone.com website is now pointing to TaskClone 2.0 info. I am able to enter each of the following into an Evernote note and have it show up in the appropriate place: A task for my task list (and I can designate due date, priority, tag, and other elements). On my task list, I will have a link that takes me back to the note where I can see the full details of the note from which the task was created. A task for someone else's task list (if they use one of the many digital task lists TaskClone works with and the person has given me the special email address for their task management account) An event for my calendar. An event for any other calendars (such as my "FYI" that lets me know about other things happening I am not attending but want to know about). I have been part of the beta and it's working great. There have been some suggestions for enhancements from others involved in the beta. I have done a great deal of "kicking the tires." The only thing I have seen that needs attention is that if I add an all-day event (so no time designation, just a date), TaskClone doesn't know how to handle that and will assign the current date but assigns the current time. I have talked to Troy about recording a video with him, and he is on board. We don't have a date yet to do that, but I have that on my list to try and schedule before the week is out.

Thanks Frank I wanted to reach out and share my experience since signing up for the trial. I've been experimenting with the two-way "completion" feature, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work seamlessly with Evernote. It got me thinking: do I really need this feature if I'm already using Remember The Milk (RTM)? One thing that's been on my mind lately is the absence of a monthly calendar-style view in either RTM or Evernote. Planning ahead becomes a bit challenging with just a list format. And don't even get me started on the frustration of Gmail integration in Evernote, especially with it being one-way only! Just some thoughts I wanted to share. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this!@@drfrankbuck
