Everquest December 2020 Patch Notes

Everquest December 2020 Test Server Patch Notes. These are the changes that will go into the live server as well, when Claws of Veeshan goes live. It fixed some quest and AA issues, but also added a new feature for item storage called the Dragon's Hoard.
