As a Forest fan, I was suprised that Everton didn’t have game plan when it was announced that Murillo picked up an injury during the warm up. Nuno had 45 minutes to change the formation and get his instructions across. It went seamlessly. Our tactical management has improved immensely. Sadly, Everton have regressed last since we last played at Goodison.

As a Forest fan who was at Goodison yesterday, I can't help but feel that Everton lack belief. I attended both of the previous season’s games at Goodison, and the fans were much louder and behind the team. Yesterday, I barely heard anything from the Everton supporters. On the pitch, the team appeared very negative at times, opting to play backward instead of pushing forward. Pickford saved the team from further punishment, but it was clear he was frustrated with the players in front of him. I don’t anticipate Everton going down, as they are better than the teams below them. However, something needs to change quickly at Everton to prepare for what is likely to be a much tougher season next year.

Forest fan here. We’ve clearly bought the T shirt here.. Everton are very similar to Forest but a huge difference is just how flexible Forest are on the pitch, they are so confident in their ability it shows how well they’ve been coached, and this is the first season together. Dyche is spot on how Everton are set up… but what’s going on with Everton’s coaching seems off the mark. Anyhow great channel, Forest fans have total respect for Everton, historic to club and what a amazing new stadium can’t wait to visit

Apart from all the on field issues, which are well covered here and elsewhere, Dyche has a much bigger problem now. He now works for Americans. Americans view football as the entertainment business and Sean doesn't provide entertainment in any form. In football is provided by performance, both individually and the collective, and results. By results I mean wins particularly at home. Big performances and wins at home generate revenue and fans. We are awful at home and don't win enough games. I hope they make the decision this week. Give the new manager the full transfer window. Dyche could have lost the three previous games, beat forest been on the same points but have happier fans. He managed to turn a positive into a serious negative in 90 minutes.

Look at Chris Wood - he's been so much better at Newc & Forest (working under attacking managers, not Dyche) than he did at Burnley. DCL looked great under Ancelotti, was injured under Lamps, doesn't score under Dyche. Myko & Doucoure have got progressively worse under Dyche, from "guaranteed starters" to "why are they selected?" We have good players hugely under performing their ability, down to SD tactics and approach. (Pickford has improved - guess is that as he's not outfield, he avoids Dyche's oppression)

But it’s a result of years of well educated signings from Forest finally all coming together in a good system, and years of Everton selling and having to make a profit every window. Dyche set the team up exactly as he does in every game, Coleman for young, pretty much like for like,broja and Dom different players but like for like position... He could of tried anything different but he didn't, Patterson could of played in front of young. Having decoure,mangala and gueye is very defensive,he could of exchanged one of them for broja and still played Dom. He doesn't try anything different, he's persisting with the same every week and every week we don't score and we don't win. It's tactics, strategy and changing what DOES NOT WORK!?!? I think Broja looks like a good player. Two fullbacks, One right winger and a new manager and we will be sorted. You don't have to remove the striker unless he's missing all his shots, have to figure out why he isn't having shots,no service... Figure out how to get them service... Dyche relies only having (1 or 2 ) good chances in a game to score... Teams that score goals to win need 15-20 shots on goal and at least half on target... Dyche mindset we're conceding too many goals let's play defensive instead now we still concede and don't score... He's got everything wrong... The season half way through and still unable to set this team up to play and win

How can youse defend Doucoure he’s nowhere near our standard. On about Harrison giving the ball away, Doucoure can’t keep hold of it whatsoever. Players look at him and dribble the opposite direction, does nothing in that team but gets away with it because there’s always a player who’s had a worse game. He wouldnt play for any other team in the league cos he isn’t prem standard anymore

It was all going well until the "Notts Forest"...divided fan base, divided club and divided panel. I really do like Everton as a club with its traditions. Keep with it, you should reap the rewards with FFP in a year or so when the new ground opens up..providing you can fill it. Good luck! Up the toffees!
