We did not back Emery (a better manager) when he was getting poor results but we have backed Arteta by giving him far more time than he deserves. Any other big club would have sacked their manager by now and found a suitable replacement. Instead, we have our director of football telling us that Arteta is doing a good job.

DT, it's obvious you're letting emotions control you. You had no emotional connection to Emery and so you wanted him gone (which was probably fair). Face it, if a manager who isn't an ex-player was getting these results and in this form, you'd be going round his house with a torch and a crowbar.
