They're both to blame yeah but Koeman said after we sold Lukaku he had bought Rooney, Klassen and Sigurdsson to score the goals Rom had between them. Why not just sign Timo Werner who we'd have been able to get at that time or Moussa Dembele from Celtic? Made zero sense.

@@parkender1833 I'm pretty sure Walsh gave him bad options. Koeman was moaning about productivity and he got productive players but no-one with pace to create the chances. Still Koeman was better than Martinez Silva and Sam.
