Hey. Have you finded solution yet to wheel spin? I just bought same machine and and instantly saw that 4wd is actually 1wd or 2wd. When its starting to spin front wheel it just gives more power to that wheel instead of lowering power and giving it to rear wheel :D its pretty hard to do things at grass, snow, mud and rocks without wheelspin. Im pretty sure you can get some more grip by lowering tyre pressure from frontwheels, adding chains at winter time and adding wheelweights to front

@@jonihakala862 I have no solution. I have tried chains without results. I think an electronic power-distributor dividing electricity between front and rear motor is only solution…

Ok. Ill try to think solution with my buddy who is electrician when snow starts raining more. Btw i made warm cabin with diesel heater to my loader 😄

I have exactly the same problem with my EREL05. I first thought that the motor on the rear axle is bad, but now when I see this it seems to be design flaw. Did you try to exchange front and rear motor connections? This should be possible quite easily, you just need to exchange the UVW wires along with the two small motor plugs (temperature and hall sensor) on both controllers under the left side cover. If this causes traction to be shifted to the rear axle, it means that the two motor controllers are programmed differently. Then it may just be a matter of reconfiguring them. If traction remains on front axle only, it means that something is wrong with the rear axle motor.

The thing is that if you put the gear in reverse and going backwards it is the rear wheels that will spin. It is like all traction goes to the motor with the less need… that meansu that instead of 4wd you have 2wd that you never know which wheel that will give traction. I would have liked to discuss and test different options with the reseller, but they never answer when I contact them…

Do you have the version with AC motor or the version with DC motor, or "AC/DC battery" as Everun calls it? I have the AC motor and mine behaves a bit different, i.e. the rear axle seems to have less power in general, but it is hard to tell because the power delivery of the rear motor is intermittent. The front motor delivers its power a lot smoother and more predictable. I'm wondering if this is caused by the different orientation of the axles. Front axle has motor facing backward and rear axle has motor facing forward. So they needed to exchange two phases on the rear AC motor to get the correct direction of the wheel spin. But these motors also have a sensor that tells the controller the position of the rotor and this needs to be adapted to the reversed orientation as well. Maybe they did not do that. It could explain the weak and intermittent power delivery on the rear axle, because the controller gets confused. I bought mine directly from the manufacturer and am in contact with them about the issue. I will let you know about the outcome...

I think I have the dc one. I think it should be possible to either automatically or through a manual potentiometer/variometer decide how much power goes to rear or front motor. I think it would be ok to keep a hand on that and adjust during drive as the need changes.

I wanted to to buy erel05 , but I found this problem. Now they sell ER08e it is new model. It has 4wd locking button for mud or snow.

same problem with aolite 606...exactly the same...impossible to drive on unpaved ground...even without using the shovel...trying to drive on grass slightly uphill or on sand on even ground...impossible...we bought it to use it outside...maybe to muck out some stable manure or load some sand...almost impossible...

There ought to be an easy method to make the machine use both front and rear wheels, but looks like it is impossible to get the producer or reseller to try to solve it...

No. That sounds like a bad battery! Don’t charge, disconnect and have someone check the battery for u.

I contacted the reseller and they just dismissed it. Tried to describe it several times but the same result. It is only the wheels that give least grip that get the power. By pressing break similarly to driving forward you might get some power on rear wheels but much less than what you get on a car when the differential makes one wheel spin. And here there is also a differential so if you try to dig the result is that one of the front wheels spin and dig itself down while no power goes to the other 3 wheels... I was hoping that the manufacturer and/or reseller would like to help me solve the problem by inserting an electronic switchbox in between the two electric motors for front and rear wheels but apparently they have no intention to solve the problem...

Are you satisfied with the machine except traction? Does it perform as expected? After all it's just a garden toy.

I’m disappointed about the traction and bad support. It ought to be possible to get traction on both front and rear wheels using a simple electronic regulation. But it is good for carrying things around the garden, and the size is good. I have it stored inside and the battery have good capacity. So except the lack of 4wd I am satisfied.

Maybe both axles would need a separate accelerator that would be controlled as one

Try to move joystick quick all forward so it goes to Float. Get more kg on front wheels

Float is working sometimes, sometimes not. But even when float works it will not working in 4wd but rather 2wd.

He only has 4wd without differential Ignition on 1 = front wheel Ignition on 2 wheel drive without diff

@@laynwoodman7192 I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean. The reseller says you can not choose between front wheel and 4wd, and I have not found any switch either. But I never manage to get power on all 4 wheels. The only time they all get power is when they all slide and don't get grip and that only results in more sliding.

This is Normal 4wd transaxle without diff lock. You need chains to wheels.

No not normal 4wd. Without diff lock it might spin on one front wheel and one rear wheel, but neither 4wd tractors or cars I’ve had before spin on 1 wheel and not giving any traction on 3 wheels…

@@johanhambraeus9350 there is normal axles rear and front. Only different is there is electric motors. Put snow plow to nissan micra what will happen. Light weight no chains tires only spin😄 maybe controllers need to balance 40% front 60% rear etc.

@@herrasaastoliekki4544 There is 1 rear and 1 front electric motor. The problem is the lack of regulation. Which means it is in practice 1 wd!
