Nope this game doesn't seem to have any paired endings like 3 Houses or other Fire Emblem games does which is a bit of a letdown. They really skimped out at the end with some of these characters. Woulda been cool to see even just a short blip on relations between the various rulers like your example Diamant and Ivy.

@@Ryodraco I had Citrinne, Panette, Merrin, Timerra, Ivy, Yunaka, and Lapis to choose from but couldn't decide cause all of them have something that I like about them Citrinne- just wanting to make friends (even if its through expensive means) Merrin- her fascination with animals is adorable plus I'd love to see her reaction to owls Panette- While she tries to act sophisticated she still has that feisty tomboy side to her Timerra- While she may not be the greatest singer, I'd love trying out her kababs she grills Ivy- She's decently introverted like I am but no doubt it faithful Yunaka- she deserves happiness after growing up the way she did Lapis- She's very resourceful

It's rather disappointing that Alear's paragraph remains the same in all cases. It would have been nice if they'd taken the time to write a unique ending for each pairing instead of copying and pasting the first paragraph each time and writing a short second paragraph for each partner.

Strange none of them mention Alear having children of their own. You'd think they would try to restore the Divine Dragon tribe, but considering they outlive the humans of the group, their options are limited. Also, is Nel supposed to be the canon love interest for Alear? Because that's dumb imo

There are no mention of children since everyone's can romance both sexes of Alear and they just didn't want to write unique endings for them so none mwntioend children (since it would only work for hetero pairings). Also there is no canon love interest in a game that let's you choose your ending.

In the English version quite a few S supports were turned platonic, whereas in Japanese most were romantic. While the age of Alear's partner was likely the reason for some of the changes, for others it's unclear why they changed them.

Yeah, it's implied he died young because the chronic illness he had during childhood had shortened his lifespan; but with the Alear/Alfred ending, Alear supposedly shares some their lifeforce with Alfred so that he can live a full happy life.

It's really weird how many of the pact ring convos and such with the 17-year olds were changed. That is the same amount of years Alear has been sentient, looks like and his mind is too because he is 1017 years old and 1000 of them were spent in a stage in which he was basically like frozen in time. It's really hilarious in a dumb way how they seemingly arbitrarily decided which romances to censor. Fogado and Framme for example were heavily censored while Citrinne's only calls Alear a friend one time which doesn't really make it platonic since your romantic interest can also be your friend.
