My favorite this season is probably Gundam Witch from Mercury season 2. It’s even better than season 1. My favorite non-sequel is probably Duke’s Mansion, it’s just so thrilling so far. I feel like a lot of of these anime I would just prefer to read the manga like My Clueless First Friend, Skip and Loafer, My Home Hero and Hell’s Paradise. I’m watching classic anime so I don’t really have time to watch an anime if I think the manga seems or is better.

Clueless First Friend manga is really good, you're right about that. In this case, the anime so far does it justice, voice acting is really how you'd imagine they would sound (talking sub version, naturally) and they also added several nice little touches that make certain scenes be even better, without putting in unnecessary bells and whistles. Time is a valuable thing, but I think in this case, watching the anime really adds to the overall appreciation of the series. The graves visit scene for example, was done really well in the anime adaptation.

@@thomasffrench3639 Did you watch up till episode 5, or just a few of the first ones? 4 and 5 are more focused on a certain subject. It is still quite episodic, true. But tbh, the manga is also like that and the anime does try to make the story have a bit more flow here and there, as it doesn't always follow the exact same chapter order as the manga.

I didn’t cry or feel sad at any moment when I watched Oshi No Ko. It’s so damn good tho! Btw really looking forward to TONIKAWA season 2. I’m waiting for the dub to finish then I’m rewatching the first season aswell. Btw 2 Cheat Skill in another world is really damn good. Mc is really cool.

Extra kudos for mentioning "My Clueless First Friend". At first sight it might seen like a simple series that has nothing special to offer, but apart from being charming, it also touches on the feels here and there too. Without becoming depressing. "Simple but impactful" is how another reviewer called the series, which is a pretty accurate short summary. Voice acting is also nice, with for example "Chika" doing Nishimura-san's voice.

Some i watched were Oshi no ko (i have no words just watch it if you wanna find out) Demon slayer (i had to catch up from season 1 the animation is so good you really cant take your eyes off of it) The reason why raeliana ended up at the dukes mansion (loved the main couples dynamic i got impatient so i read the manhwa) And thats it cuz my break was finished and i had to go to college so i havent really watched much anime but i really liked these 3 very unique in their own way

This season is really stacked. The one Bad show is atleast self-aware and the show which seems like the show everyone drops(The legendary Hero is dead) has such a banger op id sit though the eps just to listen to the song. A lot of people miss jigokuraku in their radar because first impression feels generic, especially since the first three episodes already rubbed on the viewer's face that gabimaru will be that typical aloof overpowered mysterious mc who will win most of his fights with ease and will prolly end the story in a linear tragic or happy one with him learning valuable things on the way, that and many more settings of the story.
