Glad your feeling better. I'm one of those people who can't stand Cilantro. I grew some two years ago because my daughters boyfriend moved in with us and loves Cilantro. The smell and taste of soap growing in the garden drove me crazy. I had to just pull it all out and gave it to the chickens.

My Nana would just keep her bacon fat on her counter, as a matter of fact, so did my Mama. They both used those aluminum containers that say "GREASE" on them. Of course, back in those days that bacon grease was used for everything and didn't sit for very long. It would sit for days, though. 😊 We never got sick from it. It's crazy thinking back. ❤❤
