I read the whole Broken Earth series this year and I think it may have risen to a favorite series of all time! Book 1 had me crying from page 1! Maybe because I am a mom and my kids are the same ages as the kids in the book which made it hit hard.

I also started this series in may. (Spoilers) Before I knew all 3 characters were the same, I loved Syenite so much and wanted to spend more time with her, and then it was like "... well, NICE" hahaha I haven't started the other ones, but I'm looking forward for them.

Ali is definitely my favourite in the Daevad series so far as well, and I kind of want a bit more from Nahri 🤔 I really loved little fires everywhere so much! And you’re the second person I’ve seen really appreciate the surprising power of a good dumpling so I’m going to have to read it. Loved with the fire on high too. And also felt quite mediocre about the sun is also a star. Have yet to see the film though 😃

Can I recommend a book to you? It's not a very well known book on Booktube and there are not a lot of people who have read it but I highly recommend LockWood and Co book 1: The screaming Staircase by Jonathan Stroud. It's about ghosts and I highly recommend it for Halloween.
