Most of my builds focus on allowing minions to deal the majority of damage while I can dodge and heal. Most bosses can be beaten this way and it's actually usually easier. For pantheons I've been using thorns, weavers, grimmchild, grubsong, shape of unn, and shaman stone I think. It could be better but I switched some things out because zote is absolute pain

No-Eyes OG backer lore: No eyes was a warrior who was sent far away from home, when she heard of the infection she rushed back to save her children, only to find that they were infected, her children then began to devour her alive starting with her eyes. I don’t remember the lines, but it was something like of “1, 2…they’re coming you…3, 4 watch for the floor”. Her original boss battle was for her to sing a haunting lullaby about her children to warn the player about how to avoid her children from doing the same thing to them, basically she warns travelers about her children. Team cherry lore because they stated “It was too horrifying” to be in game: No eyes was infected by the radiance, and to try and save herself and her children, she ripped out their eyes to stop them from “dreaming” and then in turn tore out her own eyes.

Dreamshield isn’t even really like a summon because it doesn’t go after enemies. If you’re away from them the whole time it won’t be hitting anything. I think it’s better for a nail Hit and Run playstyle, as it could potentially allow for an extra hit every time you go in for one.

fighting with minions is an absolute joy; on my first playthrough I got glowing womb super early on, thought it was useless/gimmicky, never tried it out, equipped it once out of desperation when I was trying to beat Broken Vessel... and never unequipped it again. Not only is it excellent self-defense for jaunts through crowded / parkoury areas, basically any fight with baddy minions becomes a walk in the part. And because I'm a nail-heavy player (I know) as long as I don't get hit I don't need that soul anyway. It's that and defender's crest. S-tier underrated charm

I actually did a whole P5 run with a minion build as a joke, and unintentionally realized that it’s actually a really good charm build (mine was weaversong, grimmchild, glowing womb, defenders crest, grubsong, and dreamshield), the only things to be aware of are ignoring staggers since the bosses get up immediately, your soul drainage, and changing your build after troupe master grimm for an easier Uumuu fight (Uumuu is hell with a minion build due to them attacking Oomas aka explody jellies)
