if silk song happens after hollow knight, that means hornet's 5 mask should be equal to 700 health that hornet sentinel has. that means 140 health = 1 mask. since pure nail does 21 damage, the pure nail deals 0.15 mask of damage. so windette is right in that it deals barely any damage also if silksong happens before hollow knight, that means each mask is worth 45 health, therefore pure nail does less than half mask of damage. of course, this is assuming hollow knight mask has same value as silk song mask, and like, why wouldn't it ammaright?... unless... (also most hollow knight enemies are basically glass cannons)
