I like Slave 1 more just cus from the cockpit there's not a lot of obstruction and you can see way more of the battlefield, also it would have super quick turning speed but a long vertical yaw as we saw in SW2.... the IG-2000 is definitely the next best and does indeed look interesting, IDK much about how it handles though, seems fairly standard, like a X-Wing....

Bounty hunters were one of the best inclusions in Star Wars, and yet another reason ESB is my favorite film in the series. Just like the grappling hook scene in ANH bridged the gap between science-fantasy and those old swashbuckling films, the bounty hunters helped bridge the gap over to westerns.

@@landrylongacre6391 Well if I remember correctly IG-88A ditched it's body as it could do more to start the droid uprising as sentient code, such as having IG-88B use the access to imperial databases and systems given to it by Vader to put IG-88A into the Executor's computers, presumably uncovering that a second Death Star was going to be built or already was built, and it eventually getting itself into the systems of the Death Star II giving it full control of the station.

The problem with that argument is that since Star Wars ships mainly fly in space the visiblity comes at the cost of being more vulnerable to debris,enemy fire,asteroids,etc…

In real life, commercial pilots have been trained to fly just on instruments. It’s very common for them to fly with low-to-no visibility.

Aesthetically I think the IG-2000 is the coolest looking. As far as best designed probably that goes to the Slave I. And the _Mister Hunter_ has to be the coolest name for a ship ever.

Dengar's ship, or something like it, has been in the Lego freemakers series so that might make it canon but my favorite legends fighter is the star viper very cool and highly maneuverable while my favorite canon fighter is the B-Wing especially the prototype

Zuckus is hilarious in the Lego Freemakers adventure lol along with Graballa the Hutt, 4-LOM and Dengar. 😂 Anyone who hasn't seen it should immediately stop watching this, and go check it out! (And then, come back and continue, of course.) Especially if you're a fellow Star Wars fan. I wouldn't consider anything in the show established, "Canon," haha but it's still a very original and complimentary addition to the Star Wars Universe of content. 👍😂

There's not a lot of info about that one, since he pretty much just put it aside after reclaiming Slave I. He also had a Slave III and Slave IV, the latter of which was the same kind of ship as Jaster's Legacy (Jango's ship prior to Slave I), and that's exactly all that I know about them.

IMO, stuff like that is what I found really cringy about the old Expanded Universe. Sure, it had a lot of great stories, but it also had a bunch of bad or unoriginal ideas too. I love Boba Fett's Legends stories so much, but seriously, they couldn't have come up with a more original name for a replacement ship other than "Slave II"? At least it's not as bad as Palpatine's clones.

The best designers of ships were definitely what Disney calls Legends. The look of the ships in TLJ you could tell Douglas Chiang had no part of because they didn't look good at all. BTW Boba fett had a second ship he flew around in until he was able to get his original back.
