Similar here. After reading comment across videos I thought it will be a blinding light. The first time I did it sitting and felt something along my spine. This time I scheduled my alarm and just 10’ before the moon moved into Cap I started my normal meditation on 528hz and I felt an intense heat through my body. And I needed to smile and felt so good. I guess that was it. I continued to mediate and do some breath work as I almost thought it was ‘not as described’ and I guessed it did something wrong. I guess it’s for everyone a bit different.

The pineal gland these days , is often calcified by city water supply , due to the chemicals in it . As a result , I collect , spring water 2-3 times a week , to decalcify the pineal gland . 7 or 8 years ago I was practicing moving kundalini up my body. It actually did feel exactly like fluid moving up my spine. Eventually I was able to move it all the way up to my third eye. One night I had pushed it too hard and I literally ended up with sciatica the next day (from the force i applied at the base of my spine, which is where the sciatic nerves are located). I couldn’t walk and was in excruciating pain for 3 weeks. It’s best to take it slow and let your body adjust! I Had a spontaneous kundalini awakening in 2020 - it was the most beautiful and most terrifying experience. It took 4 months for it to “calm down” - no one I knew had any idea of how to guide me through it or what it actually was. Ah, I've expirnced this a few years ago, maybe in like 2016-2017 I was thinking a lot and pondering to myself and all of the sudden I felt this explosion of fluids in my head and for years I've been trying to figure out what it was that happened to me and now I know. Like it had a physical negative effect because it was so strong as if my mind couldn't handle this high state of euphoria. This is my personal hypothesis but I think what had happened is what I was thinking about decalcified my pineal gland, but that's just me, omg it was amazing!
