Dude same! They terrified me as a kid. Probably watched it way too young. Forgot about them - Then in second grade I accidentally came across the video cases at the rental store as a kid and spiraled into an anxiety ridden month - night sweats, couldn’t sleep, genuinely thought he was after me. If my eyes closed I knew he was right there. Still can count on vivid chucky nightmare at least twice a year.

I’ll explain the confusion with Tiffany’s death in Seed of Chucky. So you know how Charles’ soul possesses the Chucky doll after he dies in Child’s Play?That’s because when you die,your soul leaves your body,which means that since Charles’ used a Voodoo spell his soul possessed the Chucky doll.So Tiffany only possessed Jennifer Tilly AFTER Chucky killed her because she used a Voodoo spell to possess Jennifer but only after she died. What I loved about the first movie is that they gave chucky 4 different face models. As the movie goes on and the more he becomes human in doll form, the more his appearance changes, and I thought that was real neat. Watching the behind the scenes of the animatronic work and getting a little person to dress up as chucky is something I will never forget. They put a lot of work into the movie and that's very admirable to me. Just seeing the fact that there was three people controlling just his face back then was frigging nuts!

The dramatic Irony of the first film is what made it so good in my opinion. In Cult of Chucky the one part with the Chucky dolls I did not understand was them randomly laughing like "You have been alive for 2 minutes" This list makes total sense and is pretty fun.

I really enjoyed the Tiffany death scene in bride of Chucky. It was the right amount of dark humor but also haunting and freaky at the same time! I remember watching it in the theater as a kid and my mouth being wide open! I also rewatched it this year and still have the same feelings. Minus the mouth wide open.

I think I remember watching the first one when I was little and the scene where Chucky was all burned and walking up to Andy scared me and so did the scene where Chucky's head was saying, "Hi, I'm Chucky, wanna playyyyy...". But nowadays I'm really not scared of anything since I'm now much older. But I still love horror movies! Especially older ones! And they're still pretty scary to this day honestly and I can see why others will find them scary!

The 2 things that scares me the most in Chucky movies is the music in some moments and the fact that they refer the doll as a doll but not rey charles lee, if it's a doll it's scarier because you would think it's cursed but if it's rey, you know it's a human soul serial killer, both are scary but I prefer the Rey.
