How on earth do you do this without sketching it in first? I find the prospect intimidating 😳

Thanks for al your great video's. I learn a lot. I have one question, what paper do you use? I heard you say something about bristol/canson? I am looking for good paper a very long time. I hope you can help me out. I am from holland, maybe my english is not that good, I learn to watch the video's on youtube, I hope i ask my question in the good words.....

Don't worry about your English, It's much better than my Dutch! I mostly prefer to draw on Bristol board, it's nice and smooth but can still accept a lot of layers. I sometimes use Strathmore Colored Pencil Paper as well. There are links in the video description to the paper on Amazon UK/US which might help you find it locally 😃

@@GemmaChambersArt Thank you for your answer. I ordered the vellum and the smooth surface. In holland we have amazon, but it has not so many products as in the UK and US. But I could buy these 2 types of paper. Can't wait to try it out. Dutch is a bit more difficult than English ;-) I understand english (not all the time) but when I have to write it.......... I sometimes don't remember the order or the right words...
