This is POH Chunk. My mission is to build the greatest Player Owned House in RuneScape history. In order to complete this goal I must unlock chunks through training the Construction skill. Every Construction Level unlocks a chunk, and in addition I can unlock chunks by upgrading my house.

Starting off
My adventure begins in the Rimmington House Portal Chunk (11826)
I can only leave my starter chunk once to purchase a POH in Falador
How do I earn Chunk unlocks?
Train a Construction Level
Store a full item set in the Costume Room (except holiday items)
Place a Skilling/Boss pet in the Menagerie
Build a Boss Lair Display in the Achievement Gallery
Mount a Monster Head in the Skill Hall
Which Chunks can I unlock?
Directly North, East, South or West of any active Chunk
Any house portal as soon as the required level is met
Destination Chunks from transportation (boat, glider, tree, etc)
Teleport destinations accessed from inside my POH

After a long break from finishing my Slayer Drop Locked series I’m back for a new adventure! Let’s explore the world of Gielinor chunk by chunk and build the greatest POH in OSRS History!

So hopping can cause you to miss a random but it's not a guarantee. After getting a random event you'll never get one in the next hour so that's a safe time to hop worlds. If you stay in the same world you'll always get a random event in a 5 minute increment after the time you logged in (as far as I can tell it's down to the second). If you missed a random event while logged out you'll always receive one no earlier than 10 minutes after and no later than 70 minutes after logging in.

25:10 - Yes, if you hop world it does delay your random events. They spawn at 5-minute intervals, based on how long you've been logged in. Therefore, if you hop worlds, you can't get a random until you've been logged in for 5 minutes without hopping. You can change the report button to show how long you've been logged in - I think it's a RuneLite plugin.

the logs on the ground allow you to access tick manipulations, getting to 40 mining takes 1.5 hours or less including tutorial island and running to rimmington.

Hey maat! Thanks for watching :) If I'd die, I would indeed have to walk back to my chunk, just how I left Tutorial Island. It'd feel a bit wrong leaving my chunk this way though, so let's hope I won't die before unlocking the Lumbridge spawn chunk! Currently, there are about 586 unlockable chunks on the worldmap. In theory, should I reach 99 Construction and complete my POH 100%, I would be able to unlock 735 chunks. So it is possible to open up the entire map, however many things in the POH are extremely difficult to get. For example third age items, all pets, etc. Some items even require me to play Leagues! It's going to be a challenge for sure! The first goal is to get a way to actually train construction without having to rely on XP lamps. This will be explained in the second episode.

You may be able to get construction exp from forestry events using your log spawns. You'd have to learn the tree prepping method and also confirm being close enough to the tree and on the world is enough to participate. You'd want to either contact BuzzRS or watch the stream vod where someone taught him about it.

25:36 - By now I would like to say that you can get Air Runes from the chests in the Maze Random Event. (Scrolls down) I see someone else in the comments mentions it and the trick for it to maximize the loots.

Would the method swampy lad used of entering an instance after gaining xp reset the random timer in this instance? I’m thinking in regards to the log portal and then waiting 5 minutes to expedite the random spawn chance.

I guess I see the progression if you get a few levels to get to bagged plants chunk. And once you get 16 for a toolstore then you can also work on puro puro for that oakplank. Are you going to allow teleports without connecting chunks if you're able to get to the point of the portal room with a return back to the house?(magic levels and runes needed of course...but at least Betty in portsarim is close). I love that youll have stardust for noted soft clay too. Looking forward to the progression of the series and seeing where you take it!

I really felt like making a Chunk account now that my SDL journey is over, since that’s the next big thing and I wanted to jump aboard that train. Hopefully I can create a better task randomizer system in the future to continue CA Locked.

Yeah, it used to teleport you to a random place if you give him the wrong one... But they did that big random event update a while back and you can kill any of the pheasants and he doesn't bat an eye. I think he must think me the worlds worse counter, because I've never given him what he asks for anymore😂

I really think this is a unique chunk concept with a lot of potential. It’s something different than the usual ‘complete all content in a chunk and roll a new one’. The title / thumbnail got me excited, but I don't understand locking yourself to a chunck, where you need to train a skill to unlock more chuncks, but not being able to train the skill. You can get elemental runes from the maze random event, just open the chest in the maze event. you can get lots of elemental runes by just opening the chess until it becomes 1% or until it kick ya out.

i think completing an item set is to easy for a chunck unlock... it should probably be completing a tier of the storage unit, or something along those lines (for example, storing 2 sets in an (oak) fancy dress box, you can upgrade it before doing so, but 2 sets is still the first tier, therefore the 1st chunck unlock)

That way I'd not have enough chunks to unlock the full map. I need around 586 chunks to do this, so it's OK if chunks are relatively easy to unlock. Eventually it'll get much harder :)

Vannaka!! Man your missing out on maze get to the first chest and spam open it every 60 seconds dont close out of the prompt or your percentage will go down say you get to chest at 90 percent that means you get 90 chests just don't close out of the chest prompt youl get loaded on runes this way

I actually really enjoyed the episode even though i havent really watchend/liked your content since you stopped the 1000 only stuff. However i really likes this episode and i normally hate all the weirdly to many “weird” rules snowflakes. I like the xtreme one chucks because they are easy to understand. You can start a chunk with an estate agent, lvl construction til you unlock a house portal. No exceptions needed

Level 1 unlocks the Rimmington portal Chunk, level 10 the Taverly portal chunk, etc. The series was always meant to start in Rimmington because of this reason so there was no other way unfortunately!

You could also spawn forestry events, and doing bee-hives ... a whole ConLvl*0.3xp per log used Ah ... i missed that you wouldn't start with tutorial items, which i for some reason assumed, since then at least you had a theoretical way of training

This series feels like a swing and a miss. Wish you would grind more on the slayer drop locked or 1000 only series instead. Watching an intro to a chunk series where it's basically do random stuff and wait for xp Randoms seems like a poor introduction to a new series.

Give it a shot! The early episodes are slow paced, but once I get my hands on a way to train construction the chunk unlocks will start coming in :)
