Ezra is that typical, easilly recognisable person, who is modest but ends up as a key major hero and centre of the characters (like like skywalker). While searching for ezra is great,mleading on from the animated series, it is the incredible casting of Rosaria Dawson and her magnetic performance out of the gate that makes Ashoka a very special series. But the next big thing will be the discovery of Marrok behind the mask, and the silence speaks more than words pauses in his scenes. I have a guess but will wait to see, but I think it will be a typical starwars twist that will lead fans discussing it for years

First thing I came away with from episode 1... Rosario is perfect for ahsoka. Hera ok. Chopper looks great. Zeb looks fantastic. Ezra ehhhhh have to see when he shaves

Great video! One correction at the end: Ahsoka sees it as a sign that Ezra might be alive, sure, but sees it MUCH MORE as a threat to provide Thrawn's escape/return. It's Sabine who wants to save Ezra, while Ahsoka strongly opposes the idea.

Yeah, that's exactly the point. The lightsaber was "an elegant weapon, for a more civilised age". At this point in time, that era has passed, and Ezra's first lightsaber is a reflection of those changing times.

Yo phoenix! Godmode idea here for you. Have you thought about making a playlist or some sort of video, that would go through all episodes of rebels listing which ones to definitely watch for the storyline and then cutting out the " filler " ones and saying what is important and anything notable that happens in the "filler" episodes (maybe a new short video for each skipped episode and put in a playlist so it could be easier to watch them as the viewer watches the whole show) This would make the whole rebels show much more attractive to viewers on a lower level than us who watch rebels multiple times and make it more accessible. I feel like most Star wars fans who didn't watch rebels main complaint is the " filler" and don't want to be that guy / girl who watches a " kid show " and actually enjoys it. A bit choppy of an explanation but let me know what you think . I've heard it elsewhere and I have a strong feeling rebels is going to be really popular as Ahsoka comes to a close and soon thereafter. Lmk brother !

I've always wanted to see a movie about Order 66, in fact would be the perfect name. It could focus on the Jedi that managed to escape the culling and further document the tragedy of the fall of the Jedi order. Years ago, a coworker had a nephew that worked on a fab film called Star Wars: Revelations. It's still up on KZbin. For such a tiny budget, it's pretty good. I think it was less than $20,000 and it's just under an hour.

Look, Sabine is in love with Ezra. Her actions indicate such a thing. Despite Ezra stating she saw her as a sister (which contradicts his flirtous advancements towards her, needless to say, who can blame him), Sabine acted very diffrent like she cared more to be with him than anything else. However stupid her desion was, it was indeed an act of love. Honestly Dave needs to acdept he created this asthetic, cause he made out to make like Sabine would trade everything for him. Honestly to deny this would be bad writing, so he needs to accept Sabine does love Ezra and needs to accept that. Honestly, actions speak louder than words. Sabine dosen't just care about him, she wants him. I'm both irriated and heartwamed at the same time. For Sabine, if she didn't enter a relationship with anyone else, it shows how much he meant to her and that she never wanted anyone to replace him (be it man or woman, whatever her orritation, she seems to love the guy).

Good rundown. Yikes, What a terrible “match” for Hera. I h8 that casting choice in EVERY way! 😳🤗🫤 There, I said it! #ahsokaShow #NOTmyHera Hera doesn’t sound that way let alone “present” that way. She’s SUPPOSED TO BE effeminate & lovely despite her know how. Thin & a whole different face type. agree the casting for Ashoka is not working at all. Rosario Dawson is a very good actress and she’s great in Dare Devil, but here there is no emotional expression. Maybe the makeup and head prosthetic is not helping. She can fix it hopefully. Sabine and Hera are just awful though. How did they get cast? The whole live action pacing is too slow and really not good.
