I have a friend that I met at a music camp that I did a few years ago and I learned that he has perfect pitch, I remember me and a couple other people we met at this camp were trying to test him by humming different notes to see if he would get them and he nailed it every single time. We now play in a band together and he's our guitarist, so that's also really helpful when it comes to us showing him songs or riff ideas the rest of us had been messing around with and he could come up with his own parts insanely easy, so as a musician that's definitely a good skill to have

My Best friend has Telapathic-Like Perception. It's scary. Sometimes we play murder mystery in Minecraft and he will ask everyone if they are the murderer. It doesn't matter what you say, he just knows who it is based on their voice. It doesn't help that he is a CRAZY good lier too. He can say it's someone else when it is actually him and like 75% of the time, everyone believes him.

Hii!! I have telepathic-like perception. Let me explain how it works for me. I’m able to immediately notice someone’s emotion by small gestures or even subtle expressions. Even if I hear someone from the other room, I can tell there’s someone’s mood. This may seem “Amazing” and you might want this ability. But you don’t understand that it’s an actual nightmare. Half of the day I’m worrying about people, half of the other day I’m thinking on how to be better. You may recognize that someone is sad, but you don’t know why. So I usually blame it on myself.
@A88s888
@A88s888 16 күн бұрын
Not sure if i have this, but i use the same technique as urs but not for emotions i just figure what other person is thinking or what they need without telling them cuz that would make me sound super weird, also im like so bad at reading emotions and this make it even worse by leading to misunderstandings,so i have the same issue of overthinking like every single thing or gesture other make around me

For me, I usually recognize things about people they've yet to recognize about themselves. I avoid saying anything about it because people tend to get defensive or lie because they don't want to give you the satisfaction of being right. But in those cases I always end up getting confirmation from the person anyways and it makes me laugh at how right I was. I am REALLY good at reading people's energy, analyzing their choice of words and how they speak them, judging based on body language and eye movement, and knowing a lot about a person from brief interactions, to the point I've determined I'm the only person allowed to judge a book by its cover 😂 I didn't know other people were like this

8:47 I wouldn't say I focus that much in my classes (hell, not even in my college classes for that matter), but I just hear something once or twice and I've already locked down the information that I needed. And listening back on this again really puts into perspective how weird this is to me after all these years. Like, My brother would study his ass off just to get B's and A's and yet I'd get yelled at in class and at home for not studying or opening up a textbook or even taking notes and would still get straight A's.

I’m a speed learner :] it’s a neurodivergent thing!! Well, I at least USED to be a speed learner…….. until chronic illness hit 😭 my brain just doesn’t work the way it used to….. :(

In a lot of neurological disorders it has been recognized that during the early years of school people with these disorders are considered abnormally fast or speed learners, but once they reach middle school ages they start to severely slow down and get behind. There is a reason for it I forgot but I was considered a speed learner too until during middle school I was diagnosed with a neurological disorder and had to be put in special ed the rest of my school career. Luckily I still ended up graduating on time with my class because of the help. I hope this helps! Do not feel bad about loosing the charm, it’s not your fault the brain works in mysterious ways.

Even though generalised these things can be wrong. I had an impressive degree of autonomic control before this video and I can raise and lower my blood pressure both in my veins and in the heart chamber. I can make my heart beat faster and so on. It was a natural ability of mine and a bit of practice as because how curious I was about it. He said its all and only practice. You need to have at least some degree of talent for you to even be able to do it but not like me and some people. He meant it using breathing techniques but its not that special or useful as just being able to do it and as naturally as moving an arm.

When it comes to German, Russia , and Spanish, I tend to be able to learn and speak it fairly easily and am extremely good at pronunciation. Idk why. German is my favorite language to learn, mainly because of how it sounds and how it can be fairly simple and extremely complex at the same time.

As a person with an absolute pitch I never really had a problem with out of tune notes, I actully like them at some point (except some rare occasions actually). Maybe they did annoy a little while ago, but now out of tune sounds seem like a huge field for experiments rather than annoying things. Sometimes it's even funny to listen to out of tune sounds and match them with in-tune ones to listen for the dissonance it makes

Lol- one time a friend of mine told me about a show called ‘soul podium’, but I read their text as ‘soup podium’. And to remember to watch it later, I knew I’d remember it better if I just imagined a bowl of soup on a fancy white podium and let my brain remember exactly why I remembered that in the first place, kind of like a fill in the blank. With my silly little brain I can conjure up a lot of different scenarios like maybe a pig eating drywall and then the fbi proceeds to rip their skin off and turn it into bacon, so whatever I make up to remember things is.. very funny. Mnemonic memory is so silly 😂

I really like learning languages, actually, my native language is spanish, but i learned how to speak, write, read and listen to english just for fun (im watching this vidie without subtitles). Lately i got bored of english, and started learning japanese, it's fascinating bc now i have to learn a whole new writing sistem! Im planning to learn russian, chinese, portuguese and italian in the future... I also noticed that i have the lucky talent of lesrn fast, and im really gratefull for that, bc i tend to be lazy and most important procrastinator, so when i remember i got an exam for which all my classmates been studyng since last week next day, i dedicate like 2 hours and i get the same or even better grades than them. Another thing is that even i don't use that "mnemonic mastery" usually, i use it to remember movements from a Kung Fu form (i practice Kung Fu, obviously), but is a bit weird, bc is like when i first start learning the form, for some movements a compleatly random imagen pops up in my brain, and thst's how i will see it for the rest of my life. But im not really sure this is "mnemonic mastery"... Then is the "thelepatic like perseption... Well, i always tought im really good at reading my friends...

As a person with Multi-Sensory Integration, trust me, that zone-like state that I get only comes at certain times (during sports, while multitasking, etc.). Though it is awesome when it does happen, it's not necessarily ALL the time (for me at least). The downside is that you can sometimes get too relaxed with your senses that while, say, you were cutting veggies, you wouldn't even notice that you just cut a piece of your finger off for like 10 seconds!

I just recently learned I have absolute pitch. I can identify a song’s key and whenever I hear a sound, my brain instantly matches that sound with a note. And yes, every single note is a different person with unique personalities in my brain. At first, the absolute pitch appeared when I was like 7. I could hear a song and tell if the chords being played were major or minor. And…then it grew. And it doesn’t go away. Help. (I also can’t stop just using my ear to play songs instead of actually reading the freaking notes)

I have that too! I think its also called perfect pitch. I've had it my whole life but found out when I was 7. But anywho. No matter how hard I try, I just can't turn my ear off when I'm trying to read sheet music. I cant with the reading of the notes, all I need to do in oder to learn a song is to hear it twice, maybe three times and I can play it almost perfectly. But itll take me nearly 2 weeks to learn by reading notes!

Yooo found my people Am 15 and have a really good level of autonomic control and generally body control. I also like just know how our body and esspecially ligaments and joints work. I can stop sweating or raise or lower my temperature (but is easier to raise it same as pulse) or make my pulse higher or a bit lower or change my blood pressure to a point where it is critical. I also can do some other things but that are not that important I really wanted to find if there exist people like me and even researched it on chat gpt and google but didnt find anything till I randomly stumbled across this video

I think I have the absolute pitch one. I can very easily detect if I or someone else is singing off key. I’m not trying to brag at all, but I think it’s like an autism thing and the fact I’m a perfectionist.

Bruh its not. Everyone can know if someone is singing a note thats not right. And why would you brag about being on the spectrum Btw you can develop pitch perfect hearing, and also lose it. I lost it after developing it because I used to play piano

Not ALWAYS true about absolute pitch (aka acute tonal memory). I am not bothered by nor notice background noises and whether they’re on pitch or not unless I actively listen to them. I know what pitch they are, but the Hz is something I don’t care about.
@saragates9890
@saragates9890 21 күн бұрын
Reminder that you do not have all of these. You probably do not have any. A person who uses memotic memory wouldn't also have an eidetic memory or be exceptional at speed learning because they would have no use for it. You can have good pitch, but the best test of perfect pitch is being able to play an instrument by ear. If you can guess the note of a lawn mower and sing on-key, you might just have good pitch. Multi-tasking is just switching between tasks very quickly. Speed-learning is not just being able to focus, at its peak, it's looking at/hearing information once or twice and committing it to memory. And, if you're just learning from this video that you have one of these... no, you do not. You would have noticed it long before stumbling on a KZbin video if you had the skill at the truly exceptional level that makes it relevant.

@@Wad-my8lv that combo makes sense, though. in my experience people good with numbers tend to be better at time management, and memotic memory is a good skill to have in general. i'm not saying no one has any of them, just that it's uncommon and some of these don't make sense combined so a person really can't have them all. i learn pretty fast, i spent 20 minutes on studying for all my finals this sem and did well on all of then. as a result, i don't really see a need for any other memorizing techniques. yk?

Exceptional multi-tasking? Now I know why my boss loved me. 😄 I've been retired for awhile now though, but I still find myself doing it. And I had no idea I was "speed learning". I just didn't need to go over the mundane stuff. Got right to the "meat" of things. 😄 Edit: Would a Memory Palace fall under mnemonic memory?
