@@mythxhunter well mana definitely as for chi and aura I believe chi is mana flowing through the body’s meridian system and aura is chi radiating out of the body’s chakra points

Seidr or seid, the old norse magic, was and is NOT a form of black magic - it was a form of magic and divine practice. It was more related to sharmanistic, apotropaic, and ect. using divination, healing, Runes as symbols and a close relationship with the norse gods. If you think this way about Seiðr, then most of these other forms of magic you mentioned in this video is also black magic. Please don’t demonise my ancestrial magic just because you don’t know it well. Otherwise a thorough video.

true, but many characters in Norse mythology used Seidr in a more malevolent way, often in the context of war. Later interpretations reinforced this, and during the Viking Age, the practice of seiðr by men carried connotations of unmanliness or effeminacy, known as ergi. Its manipulative nature was seen as contrary to the masculine ideal of direct and honorable behavior. Freyja, along with some other goddesses, were practitioners of seiðr, and Loki famously accused Odin of being 'unmanly' in the Lokasenna for practicing it. As I mentioned in the video, seiðr is a form of magic that is "sometimes" associated with darker practices. If it's truly your ancestral magic, you should be familiar with it or at least have read about it in the books on Norse mythology.

@@mythxhunter Yes, I have read much about Seidr in books and as with other forms of magic it can be used in good ways and bad ways. And you often in the sagas or the Edda hear of malevolent use of Seidr because it was not as exiting to hear about the peacefull use, and because as you say later interpretations where made of christian priests. Much of what we know are written down by christan priests which of cause had a bad view of pagan belief practice. But I have read of good use in the sources - examples are Ragnar Lodbrogs wife making him a shirt, that protects him, a mother making a dish to her son to protect him, and you can even see Frigg asking everything in the world to not harm Balder as Seidr. Seidr is maybe sometimes associated with darker magic but so is withcraft and mancer magic. But no matter - I wasn’t trying to start a dicussion war or hating on you or your video, I just wanted to point out that it can be used as god or bad as much other magic. Jeez yourself.
