The MK7 and stinger SMG were so annoying and it caused me to quit for the rest of the chapter. I tried to come back in season 3 after the spray meta was over but was killed by a dragon ball Z item in 5 matches straight, the battle basses were also pretty bad compared to the last few chapters. Overall I hated it and it’s the 2nd worst chapter besides chapter 5 IMO.

The chapter 2 storyline is why I loved chapter 2. It had unique seasons and the final event for the chapter was just perfect. While I do wish they would have updated the map more throughout the seasons like 5-6, seasons 5-6 still had very cool and unique themes and they're nostalgic to me for some reason.

I don’t get why the chapter 5 map is hated on. It has much variety in the biomes, and it just kept getting better every season. Sure it’s not better than chapter 1 or 2, but I like it better than 3 and 4. Chapter 5 is over-hated, the main problems have been the mythics, and spam weapons rather than skill based weapons. Thats what makes this chapter frustrating to play once the seasons are out for awhile, people get over the new mythics and start to get frustrated with them. The marvel season should have had more bosses, and the mythics should only be available from the bosses like the OG marvel season. Same with the season 2 mythics, and there should have been more mythics accounting for each boss. The reason items get nerfed is because of how many there are on the map at one time. Other than that the seasons are extremely good, it’s just the overdone mythics that make people dislike it.

I already miss chapter 5 season 3 for the uniqueness it brought, to me being the most stand out gameplay wise season since ch3 s2, because of new movement and no builds changing how people played. I miss the high speed chases and rushing to get the medallions that were useful lol. I miss the movement and the bright orange sand that made the beginning of every match feel like a cartoon version of mad max. To me it brought me a season of fun and rage that I hadn't felt since ch3 season 1. I sound like a broken record but you get the idea I hope. Wastelander challenges were fun too, and the accolades were cool.

@@darksabloy9077 yeah people tend to adopt the ideas they see online. I do like season 3, it was a way to freshen the game, and I loved it. Then the sweats got a hold of it and caused things to be nerfed into the ground. I still loved that season, but after the nerfs it just wasn’t the same amount of fun.

Don't get me wrong i like variety but I prefer substance over style, and chapter 5'd map is all style. The desert is basically a nightmare for zero build and it's terrible for building making you an easy target to knock down, and all the new poi's are on the edge of map, not to mention most of the new poi's, while they look cool, don't actually really have much going for them. Meg's ship looks cool but it's very boring and generic on the inside, redline right once again looks cool but is as basic as basic could get for a fortnite poi.

*MY RANKINGS:* *#5 - Chapter 4* Really cool, I loved the items like the bikes and shockwave hammers! But I got really bored of the game halfway through season 2 and full on quit during season 4, I didn’t experience season OG but I’m sure that was great! *#4 - Chapter 5* This is a hot take but Chapter 5 isn’t that bad, I love the guns (beside the hammer pump ew) and medallions were a great idea, I also actually enjoyed season 3! And I think Remix will be incredible! *#3 - Chapter 3* Amazing loot pool and map, season 1 was PEAK and season 3 is underrated, Collision was an amazing event and the only problems I had with this chapter was the storyline in the later half and fracture of course… *#2 - Chapter 1* I started during season 3 and it was incredible the whole way through, so many iconic weapons, locations, skins and just vibes! An amazing start for Fortnite and had INCREDIBLE events! *#1 - Chapter 2* Amazing lootpool, and I would even go as far as saying it has the best map! Season 6 wasn’t that bad and Seasons 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 were incredible! The events were INSANE! I genuinely can’t wait for Remix!

​@willg1088 Misty Meadows, Lazy Lake, Holly hedges, Frenzy field, Slurpy Swamp, Stark Industries, and the chap 2 season 2 pois. We did have chap 1 guns but we got better versions like the legendary burst and pistol which were way better then their previous counterparts not to mention mythics/exotics, the marvel shenanigans, bandage/Slurp cannon, rail gun , plasma cannon, etc. You dont have to like something others enjoy but at least know what your talking about before being critical.

Personally this is my list 1. Chapter 1 (Consistent flow of content, brought the game to the level of fame it has today. Started in Season 4 and almost every season after it was good (except Season X)) 2. Chapter 2 (Fantastic map, and this was the period I started getting better at the game. My beloved Holly Hedges was introduced here as well. There were some pretty down seasons though. Season 3 and 6 come to mind, plus the first two seasons were hella long so those knock it down for me) 3. Chapter 3 (Possibly my favourite start of chapter map. Seasons 1 and 2 were absolutely goated. However Season 3 and 4 both being kinda mid (not boring, just kind of okay tho) plus the chapter only being a year long in length give it this placement) 4. Chapter 5 (I actually really like the map. Don’t hate the realistic style but would prefer the Chapter 4 art style. Weapon mods could’ve been handled better as well. Season 3 is the chapter’s highlight by far for me. Seasons 1 & 4 were also good but season 2 was pretty boring) 5. Chapter 4 (The chapter had a lot of positives for me, including augments, some of the locations (especially Breakwater Bay), and the beautiful art style, but also a lot of negatives, including the lack of map changes, unique locations, live events, and overall content flow. Season 4 would probably be the best season of the chapter for me. It’s glaringly obvious that the chapter was rushed, and that’s the main reason why it’s my least favourite)

This is exactly how I would rank the chapters, except I would genuinely swap Chapters 4 and 2 and put Chapter 4 at no.1. Sure, it didn't have any events other than The Big Bang, and the story was a massive letdown. But for what it lacked in the story and event department, it made up for with just how great the gameplay was. Even Wilds was a decent season for me. Not to mention, Chapter 4 gave us 2 massive blasts from the past with the mythics in Season 4, as well as going back to OG just after. I'm also very biased because Chapter 4 had 3 of my favorite collabs in this games history, being the MHA, AOT, and JJK collabs

C4 was honesly such an amazing chapter. I dont care about live events, they dont matter that much. C4 nailed a consistant, fun vibe that felt like a new version if og fortnite. The weapons were simple and wacky like og fortnite, the map and graphics were amazing and the battle bus launch/ waiting island was so good, the battle passes were all good imo, the UI was good until c4 s4, we basicallt had c2 s2 2.0, so many updates and events, loot island, mega city (honestly i cannot stop glazing this chapter, dont even get me started on c4 s2)

Ch4 was only for zero builds and that map was not made for builds so if we are talking generally that's a mid chapter with no live events yes I will not consider og and remix a part of the chapters because that's a completely different and people use it just a way to defend chapters and there were bad seasonal events with no midseason map changes so that was a mid chapter in general

Also live events are overrated, most people cant attend them and I dont care about the storyline. I understand the mid season map change complaint, but compared with C3, 2 and 1, C4 had the biggest map changes at the start of each season. Each one added a huge new biome (expet s4)

I’ve said time and time again that Chapter 2 is not the best chapter most likely because half of it was bad, the map was too big, too many bots, and how long it lasted. Chapter 2 Remix made me appreciate things more but my problems are still the same. The map is too big and feels like a looting and walking sim more than a fighting game. OG felt better because there were many spots that were desirable rather than just a few.

Mine is the same as yours! Chapter 4 was honestly the most underrated thing ive ever seen. The vibes on that map are honestly so nostalgic, and it was only a year ago. The map was perfect imo and i enjoyed every c4 season. C2 is obviosuly in first place because if c2 s2 and c2 s4. The only c2 season i didnt enjoy was s6, and i found s1 and 8 to be a bit mid. C1 i didnt play much of, but it deserves 3rd because of the updates and how it shaped the game today, but in comparison with C2 and 4 i think it isnt quite as good. C5 is also very good, i enjoyed every season of it, but the reason its low for me is the locker ui, the guns (not the mythics, they were fire), the mods (I HATE SCOPE SHOTTYS), the focus on metaverse, repetitive battle passes (they all follow the same format these days and never feel special or unique. For example they never have more than 1 transformation emote and the ui is boring comapred with the c2 ui). C3 definatlt deserves last place. Ive enjoyed every chapter, but c3 was the only one that made me quit for a couple of months. S1 was good, s2 was a bit mid, s3 was sooooo bad imo, and s4 is under HATED. C3 s4 is the worst season ever imo.

Chapter 1 was perfect given the time of the game, Chapter 2 felt slow and long, due to Season 1 and primal. Chapter 3 was short as hell and season 3 was boring, chapter 4 wouldve been amazing if there was an event in season 2 and Wilds didnt kill it. And Chapter 5 just felt so lost, it felt likr Fortnite just forgot everything and and dived into a new storyline, like imagine Hope was actually Jones' or The Foundations daughter so there was a link??

5. Chapter 5 Without a doubt, it was the worst chapter. Removed great mechanics from the first 4 chapters and replaced them with absolute horseshit mechanics. The balancing was ass in literally every season. The metas were always pretty annoying and just not fun to play. The map was ok overall, but it was probably still the worst. 4. Chapter 2 I know this is an unpopular opinion, but I really can't wrap my head around why people would think this was peak unless they started playing in that chapter, obviously. It was basically Chapter 1 but just worse in almost all areas. Imagine coming from Chapter 1, where we got new seasons every 70 days with weekly updates, to back to back 4 months long seasons with barely any updates. I really didn't like it at the time and still don't looking back. 3. Chapter 3 Really underrated chapter. Great map, solid lootpools, we got a lot of updates again, and the seasons were consistently good across the board. Season 4 is extremely underrated. 2. Chapter 4 Seasons 1 and 2 were perfection tbh. Season 3 was ok, Season 4 was good. This was peak in terms of gameplay. The map probably rivals the Chapter 1 map for me. Lootpools were great. BPs were great. Really underrated chapter. 1. Chapter 1 I doubt Epic will be able to top this experience. It was simply peak. The map, the lootpools, the storyline, the playerbase, the LTMs, etc. It also was probably the first and last full chapter you could feel that Elic Games actually cared about the game and put some effort into it.

@@willg1088 nah. Only s1 of ch3. S2 was decent I guess but only because of the storyline imo. Ch2 was only dried for 1 season which is season 1 because season x had gave us a lot of content so they didn’t have time to make season 2 come out on December and the updates of season 1 too. But s2-4 was the best and even season 7. Ch3 season 3 just wasn’t for me due to the fact it just had mid content but the good content in that season I liked was dragon ball, Darth Vader, and also the small rift zones.

Chapter 5 starting from the movement in season 1 which just completely ruined every aspect of season 1 for me (at least they made it playable later on) to probably the worst season of all time being season 3 the whole chapter was carried by reload and chapter 2 remix for me. 4. Chapter 3 it started really good with season 1 but went down after that I also agree the chrome season was not too bad. 3. Chapter 4 Probably the best Season 1 of all time in my eyes I loved the map the meta and overall it was just really great but also went down after that for me, until the OG Season of course also was top 5 seasons of all time for me, everyone started playing again was just great. And then I have to tie Chapter 1 and 2 I would probably rate Chapter 1 a little higher because I played more of it but that doesn't mean it's necessary better. And I also made a big mistake by taking a big break in Season 3 which cost me entirely missing on Season 4 which alot of my friends also say was one of the best Seasons of all time and I'm actually kinda sad that I didn't play it but it is what it is. Both Chapters definitely had it weaknesses with Chapter 1 for me being season 6 and x and chapter 2 being season 6. Chapter 1 got the whole nostalgia vibe into it and season 7 was probably the second best season of all time for me. Chapter 2 had the best season of all time being season 2 in my opinion everything was just perfect prime corona everyone was playing, probably the best map of all time and yea it was just perfect to me

IMO the list would be: 1. Chapter 2, it was just like chapter 1 but more polished and less clunky. Had a perfect map and great loot pool, besides season 6.🤮 2. Chapter 1, it had great updates and events, it felt just a little empty and unfinished, and many items were to strong or weak. 3. Chapter 4, had a good map and great weapons, but season 1 was a little empty and had to little loot. 4. Chapter 3, the spray meta made it almost unplayable for the first 2 seasons and the last 2 seasons had terrible updates. 5. Chapter 5, it had a terrible map and bullet drop is so terrible, it also had to many op weapons and items.

Chapter 5 is easily the worst my ranking, 1, Chapter 1 (never played but it’s the first) 2, Chapter 2 (probably the funnest chapter) 3, Chapter 4 (best mobility by far Wilds was terrible tho amazing map until wilds) 4 , Chapter 3 (every season was AMAZING except for season 3) 5, Chapter 5 ( this is a rough chapter no good season imo)

Ch 4 > ch 5 > ch 2> ch 1> ch 3. Chapter 3 is the worst, all chapters have a new map design and layout based on their graphics. Ch 3 was literally a copy of ch 2 graphics. Gameplay was also bad worst lootpool of all time. But ch 4, specifically ch 4 season 2 was the best in terms of map design, and ch 4 season 1 was the funnest. The augments and shockwave hammer and heisted part made gameplay the funnest.

my ranking: 1. Chapter 2 (Simply because of Season 2, Season 3, Season 4, etc... Everything was great expect of the Primal Season) 2. Chapter 3 (Might sound surprising, but at Chapter 3 my Cousin got a Xbox and we used to play so much back then and I had a lot of fun playing with him. I also loved every Season of it, but it's really a matter of taste) 3. Chapter 1 (Really nostalgic, but in my opinion at season 6 it started becoming pretty bad. I absolutely hated it when they removed Tilted Towers, it was so unnecessary. Season X was 🤮) 4. Chapter 4 (Even though I didn't Rank it that well, I absolutely loved this Chapter. I just liked the ones above slightly more. Map was beautiful, Weapons amazing everything good.) 5. Chapter 5 (In my opinion it started off strong, but every other Season was really mid. Chapter 5 Season 3 was arguably equally as bad as Chapter 2 Season 2 And Chapter 1 Season X, it was unplayable, so I quit until Chapter 5 Season 4. Overall pretty annoying items, terrible Graphics

Chapter 5 was so bad i hate it. Bullet drop, nitro, movement, lootpool is atrocious, Attachments because im playing fortnite not cod. Lego,Racing,and the music is shit. Terrible map, medallions because you were practically forced to drop the place with the best medallion. Nitro fists, the train was so underwhelming and the only good thing was well nothing. After coming from Chapter 4 which was goated i was expecting better

My ranking: 5. Ch 3 - felt pretty stale and boring over time, I spent half the chapter in creative, only came when major updates came (particularly in s3), not much content, s1 carried tho 4. Ch 5 - mid first two seasons, terrible season 3 (spent half the season playing Lego Fortnite and other Lego games outside Fortnite, only came in pubs when a major update happened), but peak season 4 (why couldn’t they have done this before? Why couldn’t they have cooked with the previous three like they did with season 4?) 3. Ch 4 - solid seasons, except for s3 2. Ch 2 - great seasons in a terrible year 1. Ch 1 - peak
