M 19 is definitely not the best 4 star in the game. I dont even get nervous when i see one in battle.

as of the season I recorded this I definitely thought she was. with kumo being around, her support was just unmatched. the slow and range keep units at bay, the stats for being a support really aren't that bad and the 2 extra energy you get on death really can give you an energy lead. I saw her as the best 4 star from her support aspects rather than by herself but I see how people think she wasn't the best during her time. thanks for the comment!
