I can honestly see why though- i can imagine a lot of brand new (aka slightly ignorant) apprentices might see a cat with a disability and make the fatal decision to act like jayfeather is lacking for it- Jayfeather hates being babied and coddled when he is more than capable- and it would be way to easy for a newbie to offer obviously uneeded help. Well, when he’s a POV character, I’d argue he’s the more interesting one. Lion doesn’t do much except kill a deputy and try to get with a girl who keeps saying no for dumb reasons… Dovewing is interesting, sure, but… I can’t stand reading about her with Tigerheart and that’s a large part of her story, Dovewing herself is neat but I can’t stand Tigerheart when he’s still a -heart, not a -star. Ivypool was more interesting than Dovewing, to me. Hollyleaf was also nice to read about My ranking is this, I guess: Jay Ivy Holly Dove Lion
