In Bengal, Ma Kali is looked upon as Divine Mother because of Ramprasad and Ramkrishna Paramahamsa.. We go to Dakshineswar, just sit quietly. I have seen sadhus coming with big jatas sitting in Dakshineswar Nat mandir for hours meditating to get Moksha.Its about how you look at her. She is the most beautiful woman! Our Mother!

@@rancho0071 it is not that simple, you need diksha for everything, for that you need guru. but to attract guru you need bhakti to devi, she is the only truth in the world there is no one other than her the guru himself is her in a different form he is there to help you reach her with relative ease. Ramprasad's guru was ordered by ma adya kali herself to give him diksha because of his intense love for ma

@@rancho0071 Bhakti is where you start develop a love for her, keep taking her name all the time while walking, sitting etc call her, depend on her emotionally slowly all else will go away and only she will be there and if you keep doing this for a long time she will send someone to give you diksha when she wants you see you as much as you wanna see her. This is not simple and she is not like radha-krishna her worship is not for everyone, there are so many elements which can corrupt you like using panchamakara for you own enjoyment yet your staunch chastity and mental strength keeps you on the right path so yeah. Follow her only if she is all you can think about and rama krishna hanuman shiva no one is or can ever be a substitute of her to you....

As an American, there was just something about the energy of Kali that slowly drew me out of Christianity for years until I finally surrendered to Shakti last year, by way of Mahadeva literally calling to me. I have always been fascinated by her, but years ago I wasn’t aware that Mahadeva was her counterpart at that time. Kali is my mother-teaching me the tantric path. Kali is love, the heart chakra, she will accept you if you surrender to her with a pure heart and devotion. She will do everything she can for you. I cannot tell you what she's done because your mind will make up a reason not to believe me. Her love is so powerful. I have wept cascading tears feeling it.

Omg yeah i knw, Same here as well! By born im was a muslim. but I never understood how it cud connect me to the spirituality! It never made any sense to me. Then I studied few things nd surprisingly noticed that every thing is connected to this sananatan dharama. Also realised that All the Deities and all the mythical characters of this world is very similar. Then I found few channels Who talks about the universe and our connectivity’s and stuff. but these kinda Indian podcasts completely changed my mind to get interested more abt Hinduism 🕉 it helps me to understand even better way. Sri nandys last portion describing connection of tantra n Bengal is very true.and since mother goddess is the Ishta devata of Bengal.. especially,Kolkata...the Hindu religious people some how or other feel attraction towards her...feels her presence as mother,and if someone seeks refuge in mother Kali,this açceptance of tantra as a very Valid path happens...not only that the connections start to occur...but that is also ,according to the merit,strength n requirements of the worshipper,the connection sets in... In reality,Shakti,moves everything.She does organise all things accordingly when the devotee starts seeking her. Yet,from my personal experience,and from writing of swami vivekananda on mother kali,she thinks herself as the mother,and likes to be treated like that ..if the devotee,just cry like a child,n seek her assistance,care,love attention,truly,from core of the heart....she response....she response....but since she knows her children as a mother, sometimes she give some works or responsibility to carry on....as a mother asks assistance from her children in her daily chores . This relationship based worship is the most easiest way.

I was literally dropkicked into the arms of Kali Ma and Lord Shiva with the sudden awakening of my kundalini. I knew nothing about any Hindu deity or anything about their religion other than the ISKON cult. But in a very short time i went from a complete ignoramus to knowledge; it was more like an awakening/remembering than anything else.; I now 100% know about past lives because I have remembered a few. Interestingly it was the Hindu Deities that suggested that I once again take up the study of the Tree of Life, known as "Qabalah'. And that too resulted in me receiving initiation into "Western Tantra" , so-called. I also received initiation of Red Tara through the Bhutanese Drakpa tradition; at the time I had been reading the Lalita Sahasranam as a devotional act.

Making people read that crap should qualify as "inhumane treatment" under the Geneva Convention. The best edition of the Bhagavad-Gita I consider to be the Juan Mascaro translation put out by Penguin Classics.

I only lit sarso diya in front of her and don’t do any special mantra or sadhna but from the day we had her photo in home, some of family members got dignosied with serious illness.

@@avanikabra784 I'm not an expert but as far as I know, Devi Bagalamukhi doesn't work on basis of vedic rituals so I don't think it has any influence.

@@avanikabra784yes you can. But you should atleast chant "बगलामुखी शत नाम स्तोत्रम" one time everyday...her pooja rule is every thing you will offer should be yellow in colour ie. Flowers, clothes you wear, sweets, fruits even asan too everything and use mustard oil with pinch of turmeric in oil and lit diya infront of that idol(as devi baglamuki loves yellow coloured oil)...many people will come to oppose my this statement but believe me every single devi is incarnation of devi aadishakti. So, if you have devi saraswati, lakshmi or Durga idol/photo and you will chant बगलामुखी शतनाम स्तोत्र then too she will accept your prayers. जय माता पीतांबरा

It's very true, as I being Bihari and west bengali ancestors I get totally different vibrations when kali mantra is going on somewhere and sometimes I find myself in places where mantra is going on! Alot of ppl say that I'm extremely attractive and beautiful 😅 but I think it's in their eyes because I find myself very normal human being. I know alot of my aunts are extremely beautiful blessed with beauty one can imagine but that was a different era now days young generation don't look like that kind of beauty and ojas which they had... ❤🙏🌹

Very enlightening..!! Some people are questioning that what's the need of Tantric pratices as we already have Mantra Sadhana... Tantra sadhana became popular as some of them are ""kshipra prasadini"" which means immediate result giver. These kind of sadhana are essential at times of wars,natural calamities, disasters. Tantra in Hindu culture is a way of life is a way to recognise your Godhood...to unfold the divine potential within you which is always there and the multifarious activities power that can be harnessed while pursuing that divinity..... it's a whole living philosophy. While the practices world over.... though with times and their philosophical aspects may have been lost but seeing it in present form and seeing the evidence world over can't be categorised as Tantra....they can be said as a small part of tantra where practices are done for matetial gains and inflicting our hidden desire on others. It was not the way to attain moksha & divine knowledge & divinity that's Hindu concept and a highly evolved and totally different one compared to other worlds.

Firstly thank you for great content on this channel! As a westerner who have practiced Sanatana Dharma for a good time, I believe Mantra is sanskrit for a positive repetition, and the traditional mantras in Bharat are divine Sanatana mantras. If a catholic believes that their prayers are not mantra, and they believe that the Bharat Sanatana Dharma cults are evil, they should be challenged and recognize that their prayers are just a dialect of the same practice of positive repetition. I have spent time with a Naga Baba Swami Ji who referred to the shamans in south America to be Sadhus. I think it is healthy to use a common language to point out that we are one spiritual family with many unique cultures. Bharat tradition is most aware of this, but all religions and shamanic practices needs to be invited to this unifying awareness, of different being the same. I dont like the recent idea that Islam suddenly is separate from other Bharat cults, instead of welcoming them as unique brothers and sisters. Connecting traditions make wisdom more intersectional, powerful and deep, than any isolated practice can imagine. Again Bharat tradition has this practice with sages going between isolation and spiritual festival of reconnection, but now we live in a time where we welcome nomads and traditions that have no shared wisdom in millenia. Where spiritual seekers form all over the world, openly show how they share wisdom, and not partake in spiritual institutions that divide people into a holy war. We are only one awareness, and whatever conflict we have on the planet, we have to take responsibility. The power of word is an ancient wisdom that is now well known in post-structuralism of the modern society. Lets make a conscious wording that unite everyone, and do not fear those who express themselves against unification. Global yoga, collective nirvana, Messiah, one for all, inshallah.

Islam mix with all religions. As long as it is individuals interpreting in a public space. All cults become corrupt when they practice in private, not challenged by the public reality. Islam is not limited nor bound to any of the private islamic cults with private interpretations. The Quran is a public scripture for all Sanatana Dharma devotees to interpret. Islam is also said by some jewish scholars to be older than the Quran and Judaism. Dont let people interpret religion for you. @@rockisle884 Nobody is exactly sure what the " soma " of the Rig Veda is , so it's not set in stone that it was psychedelic . Various plants and fungi have been suggested as candidates , it was not necessarily a psychedlic substance .

So i am from Europe. Can i chant; Om kreem Kalikaye namaha? I read about some hindu Gods a while ago. And i don't know why, i was instantly attracted to MahaKali and well also Hanuman ji. Kali is usually feared but i find her beautifull. 😊
