Chuuurrr, I'm half Maori half Aussie and this is spot on except like the celery and salad, some Maori's and islanders pack so much into their chilli bins(esky). I was a removalist till last year, I'd bring 2-3 sandwiches, choco protein bar, muesli bar, a carrot or 2 or a apple, some chicken rice and veg, 1.5L coke, 1 litre multivitamin water and a energy drink most days and normally ate it all by the end of a 8-10hour work day and I was around 90kg then at 5ft11. Years ago when I was studying I worked for a company called Revitalife (Installing those fancy made in china, assembled in Australia beds for nursing homes). I used to work with 2 guys, one for the northbound run, one for the south run. The northbound guy was a Kiwi. This video and the warehouse one remind me of him so much!
