The robot gets literally 0 downsides from spice. No health lost, his passive makes him ignore shot spread, and jammed enemies only do 1 damage to him.

If anyone is interested in doing this without commands, try rainbow mode and strive for knight's gun and/or spice on the first chamber, then try to get the other one later on. It becomes ridiculous. With clone I got to stack 233 spices by the time I was on Lich's door. It was cool.

Did you do that recently or a while ago not so long after the update? Because they nerfed the knight's gun and now it can only dig up 5 or so good things so it's way harder to get that now.

@Mitch Wheeler Yeah, but getting to that point has been made harder because of the nerfs. It was incredibly easy to pull it off in the beginning but now you can only get 5 good things max per floor (so way harder to dig up extra ammo and just keep going for longer) and you already need a few spices for it to have a decent chance to change the drops into it.

@@yanmega100 It does matter when you can only get 5 good drops per floor max followed by nothing or 1 shell casings which heavily limits getting ammo for extra digs or getting spice out of it and hoping for an ammo box anywhere else is more rng on top of the item rng/spice changing into them rng. And that doesn't even include getting both which could also screw the setup over if you get spice late since you need 2 or 3 of them to get it to replace items somewhat frequently. Now compare that to being able to get 30 potential items anywhere at any time for every full magazine with a better chance at items in general before the nerf and you'll see that it's a huge difference in both getting spices out of it and just getting ammo out of it which results in even more stuff.

I feel like a lot of people here are sat underrating silver bullets massively, they give you 300% damage against jammed enemies (they have 300% of normal health so they'll be like normal enemies in terms of health when you have silver bullets) and it also actually increases your boss damage. Another thing that I'm pretty sure I'm right about but could be wrong about is that jammed bosses do take the extra damage from silver bullets but also don't already have 300% but it's instead 200% or something like that

Gungeon challenge idea: Every item is Glass Guon Stone, including what you can buy from the shop and boss items. Weapons obtained through junking can be kept. The goal is to get so many glass stones that it becomes ridiculously easy to avoid damage!
