In my defence, "Suzi" is not an Italian name (nor an Italian word, in comparison to most of the names used in part 5), maybe that's why I never thought about that. Neither "Caesar" is an Italian name (it would be "Cesare", in my language), but in that case is clearly established he is Italian.
