Anyway, since Suzi Q is Italian, and she is the grandmother and great grandmother of Jotaro and Jolyne respectively, they are both also Italian. Giorno is the son of Dio (Jonathan), British person and a Japanese woman, meaning he is not Italian. Weather is Pucci's brother, and Pucci is Italian, so Weather is Italian as well. I counted someone's stand as an extension of themself, so for the purposes of this video Star Platinum and Stone Free are Italians.

There is a theory on Giorno being Italian, or more well DIO being Italian. Dario Brando aka DIO's father, has an Italian name aswell as his son(DIO) the theory gives the idea that Dario is an Italian immigrant and therefore DIO is Italian, making Giorno Italian.
