Throwing my hat in the ring, Horus would like Fooly Cooly. Part of me thinks he'd relate a lot to the story of a young man being visited by a powerful mysterious being from space who manipulates him for his power to their own ends only to be abandoned and left to pick up the wreck of his own life. That and Fooly Cooly, like the Luna Wolves keeps making inferior sequels to itself.

Alright, finished the episode, here's some of my personal picks: Fulgrim: I think Fulgrim would be a _Jojo_ fan, both on the surface as "haha fabulous men" but also a deeper level. The initial aesthetic of Johnathan being the ideal hero archetype fits with pre-heresy Emperor's Children striving for perfection. However, I think Fulgrim would start to connect with Dio's and Kars' desire for power and immortality and being rooting for the villains, aligning with Fulgrim's decaying morals. As the series becomes more "fabulous", so do the Emperor's Children. Also, Jojo sound design fits the Noise Marines perfectly. Vulkan definitely watches Pokemon. He likes the funny little animals. Charizard is his favorite. Magnus is an all-around Isekai nerd because he wants the escapism of being a cool guy who doesn't make mistakes, and projects himself onto protagonists like Ainz and Kirito. The Khan: Okay, hear me out- _Speed Racer._ The Mach 5 is even the legion's colors AND number (red + white, 5). Konrad Kurze: I think Kurze would like _Psycho Pass_ solely because of the Dominator pistols turning criminals into pulp.

Angron… Well, let’s first assume that he can actually sit down and enjoy smg, he might like Chainsawman. Gory fun on the surface, but deep and tragic once you get into it. Lorgar would just watch the weird Happy Science cult movies. Period. Konrad Curze… Hm. Hellsing, perhaps. The Lion might like Attack on Titan. Battling giant beasts with strange weaponry, living in the remnants of a lost world, with the powers that be trying to keep the past covered up. All that really still needs to be covered is the knight order aspect.

I think for Guilliman, it's got to be "How a realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom" Ferrus Manus would definitely be a fan of Mashle: Muscles and Magic, It would probably embody his ideal of "guy's, stop replacing your body parts with bionics, just eat healthy and work-out" but he might not show it to his sons out of fear of them developing an unhealthy obsession with cream puffs. Although one he might actually introduce his sons too is Houseki no Kuni (Land of the Lustrous) as a warning against replacing pieces of yourself, and also have them watch Baki as something to look too for inspiration. Corvus Corax would absolutely watch Assassination Classroom with his sons. Vulkan would absolutely love Ranking of Kings and Horimiya. I could imagine Perturabo secretly watching Girls und Panzer in private along with Thermae Novae Romae, which i think Dorn might also appreciate. I feel like Lion probably watches Legend of the Galactic Heroes, though I imagine all the big brain Primarchs would probably be fans, like Lion, Guilliman, Dorn and Perturabo I could also see Lion appreciating the ruthlesness and pragmatism in shows like Jormungand and Saga of Tanya the Evil I think Kurze would bethe type to watch anime like Akame ga Kill and Your Lie in April just to make himself cry, though i could also see him having an appreciation for Steins Gate, though I also think he would love Arcane. Sanguinius seems like he'd appreciate Claymore and could probably relate to the claymores themselves, I think modern 40K Corax probably would as well, especially after some of the plot revalations. I could also see Angron and Leman being Gurren Laggan fans.

In the Old Anime of Full Metal, re-watch it, it is far more Anti-Faith than the newer version. Everything in Brotherhood went faster and spent a little less time on the Spiritual part of the story and more on the physical humanity side. Any yes, Envy and Fulgrim are a VERY good analogy, one of the best between all of eastern and western fiction.

XD Post-Laer Fulgrim, however, would show it all as if it was a goddamn prophecy of his life and deeds, yeah. Fuck, Post-Laer Fulgrim would probably bring up the entire Hentai catalogue for his legion. (-_-') I think Vulkan would also really like Dr. Stone, and would watch it with Perturabo AND Magnus. XD Also, Vulkan would totally love Fire Force. Rogal Dorn would probably also like Gate, as well as Mecha animes with military tactics like Neon Genesis Evangelion, Code Geass, Eureka Seven, Full Metal Panic, etc. He's probably play them for his sons and pause every minute to point out the characters' strategic advantages, mistakes and flaws. Roboute would definitely criticize Lelouch on many levels, but I think he would hate the Holy Britannian Empire even more due to how cartoonishly tyrannical it is. The Ultramarines and Ultramar are basically a Roman Empire seeking to establish order and proper governance, and Roboute would loath the rampant egotistical elitism and racism that ends up ruining it. Roboute would also like Gate and watch it with Rogal. Frankly, Yu-Gi-Oh feels more of a Magnus or even Lorgar thing? XD Speaking of Magnus, I could see him liking the Big Three (Naruto, One Piece and Bleach). Naruto at first because, like the rest of us, Magnus would see his shunned outcast self in Naruto (up until he realizes Naruto is just a immature hypocritical dumbass screaming attention whore that has too much power and no intelligence), and all three because of the Hard Magic Systems. Magnus would also love Fate Stay Night and My Hero Academia, for similar and other obvious reasons. The Dark Angels seem to be the "Xenos Slayers" of the Space Legions, so I could also see Lion watching Parasyte, Evangelion, Kimetsu, etc. Basically any story where character have to strategize to combat alien threats in various scenarios, which fits into the Dark Angels' being the "Jack of All Trades". I could see Konrad actually liking Death Note. Sure, it's not as gory as he'd like (mainly because Light just uses standard heart attacks rather than get really creative), but he would definitely respect Light's use of the Death Note to kill criminals and intimidate people into compliance. Lorgar and Konrad would both definitely watch stuff from Junji Ito, but for different reasons. Lorgar would see this as genuine Chaos Worshipper content, whereas Konrad just want to have new ideas on how to terrorize and scare people. XD I think both Angron and Konrad would like Berserk, also for different reasons. Angron would like Guts for being such a strong and angry warrior, whereas Konrad would think of Guts as THE template of what the Night Lords should be: hunting down and striking fear into evil, even stronger beings like the Apostles. Corvus Corax would probably like My Hero Academia, but mainly the Dark Deku arc. Alpharius & Omegon would like Code Geass, Death Note (all the intrigue and mind games going on), Monster, Future Diary and Spy Family. Think about it for a few seconds, and it will make sense.

So, I’d like to say my takes on the Anime. Lion El Johnson: Golden Age Berserk Anime. Azrael is uncomfortably fond of Guts. Fulgrim: JoJo (part 2 specifically) Perturabo: I unironically agree that Violet Evergarden would be a good choice. Would make him think a lot Leman Russ: Vinland Saga is good, but I unironically do think Beastars would make him very happy. Ferrus Manus: Cyberpunk Edgerunners. Teach the Leigon that abandoning their humanity is kinda a bad thing. Angron: AOT is good, but I’d honestly recommend Primal (not an anime, but it’s by the guy who made Samurai Jack) Robert Gully: Overlord or Code Geass. He watches Overlord when Yvraine comes over. Magus: the movie Akira. Flesh Change baby, Tetsuo’s psychic powers grow out of control. Vulkan: Fire Force. It’s literally about Firefighters with Pyrokinesis fighting infernal demons and a cult that wants to set earth ablaze. Pretty fitting since Nocturne is well… yeah. Mortarion: Made In Abyss. Idk why it just seems fitting. Jagatai: Speed Racer. It’s a classic. Horus: I agree Black Lagoon. Konrad: Psycho Pass. It’s written by Gen Urobochi, the Urobutcher. It’s a tale of crime and draconian police to stop the worst of criminals. Corvus: I unironically think he’d enjoy Fate (The Heavens feel Movies specifically) they are great. Sanguinus: Hellsing (the original) it is great. I can’t do anymore.

18:53 Apparently that's a common anime thing. White haired characters tend to be pretty despicable. Exceptions exist (Dante comes to mind) but that's generally a character design element in anime in the same way that a character's silhouette helps characterize them. I would imagine there's some part of that in Fulgrim that was intentional. Also Night Lords are 100% Death Note. Thematically, Curze is absolutely Kira. He would just edit it so that Light isn't ever portrayed in a bad light.
