Yo I'm so sad that I couldn't have gotten those og 2006 batman sets they are awesome but I couldn't have got them as I wasnt even born back then but I get sooooo jealous when I'm at my cousins as hes got the original ucs batmobile

Love the 2006 one, wish I got it back then and the 2012 one I've just rebuilt recently. It fills me with such nostalgia ten years on as it was the first one I ever got. I really didn't like the 2014 one, I thought it just looked awful and the one from BvS I never liked. The 2019 one I liked because it reminded me of the Tim Burton films but I never managed to get hold of one as it retired.

My favorite is The Bat from TDKR. Not the prettiest. Not very sleek. But two seaters go a long way. Now you can have Robin fly around too. It’s why I prefer the 2 seater batmobiles. Can’t have Batman and Robin without another seat. And it really looks good with the more realistic looking Batman minifigs. It looks good next to the new minifig scale tumbler, the Pattinson movie Batcave, any figs that look less like the comics and more like the live action stuff. One of the other things going for The Bat is I could see batman flying around in that before flying around in a high powered jet. It just seems like a more suitable vehicle for someone who’s trying to hide their identity and be elusive from the public eye.

I think that you have a lot of good opinions shared here, I just wanted to say from the viewer standpoint that often times the delivery of relatively subjective material comes off as absolute and very matter of fact. I like watching the channel for your opinions and shameless nostalgia, but as a helpful criticism I just wanted to point this out.

I only have the 6863 Batwing Battle Over Gotham City. The original 2006 Batwing is a little bit out of my price range. But i do have the original 2006 7781 Batmobile and 7780 Batboat sets. The Batwing would have completed the set.

As a kid I owned the 2012 and 2014 Batwings and I was obsessed with them both. The 2014 Batwing was probably my favorite set to play with. I loved opening and closing it.
