Lego really underrated the Bowie (Pink & Blue one) since in Vol. 3 it is much bigger than both the Benatar and the Milano with much more interior details. Also the Rocket figure could've been included in all of them since he is a key figure in the entire series. All in all, Lego missed out on a lot of distinct details in the Bowie (like you said) the moving tail rings and other things.

My personal favorite is the 2018 Benatar, just due to all the interior space once you add the pod. Also, Star-Lords helmet coves on the nova squad set as well

It may have more space but it didn't have much in the way of detail like the 2021 version just basic plain interior which isn't as good imo and the 2021 Benatar in the vid has a mistake with those parts either side just above the canopy piece it's meant to have studs sticking out in those spots

I actually reeeeally like the Bowie, especially how it looks next to my Benatar. I thought the design for it was incredibly neat, but I wish the big rings could fold up and move like they do in the movie. I like how the side ships pop out just like the film, but would've liked to see the center pod pop out as well

With considering how small the GOTG2 Milano was the fact it could fit everyone in it was cool. I did want the Infinity war Milano and the Escape Pod but i'm so glad i couldn't get/passed on it and low and behold the Benatar/Guardians Ship releases apart of the Infinity Saga sub theme and its GORGEOUS and so, so BIG making a striking sleek display piece might as well be considered a UCS style set. The Benatar is greatly detailed with spot on shaping, greebling and curvature and the 1901 piece count is put to good use. The Bowie looks cool but need to watch the film and i like the added play feature of the removeable ships and the minifgure selection but Drax being green isnt MCU accurate comic wise its fine and i'm annoyed i'd have to get Rocket and Groot separately.

5:08 As this piece, yes this is the last time we got this specific version of the Star-Lord helmet piece, but we have seen the helmet come back in different way. Technically we did get a Star-Lord helmet in the Marvel CMF series for T'Challa in 2021 and there is a printed version of Star-Lords helmet we got on a Mighty Micro in 2018. We also just got the bust for the Star-Lord helmet this year and you also see his helmet in 2018 on his BrickHeadz. The keychain from 2014 came out before this. It's kinda cool how we've seen Star-Lord's helmet come back in different ways and even with a different character.

My favorite set as a whole is the 2018 Benatar one, the fact they included Thanos made it a must buy for me and I love the build, specially when you combine it with the other Thor's set ship, the best one tho I would say is the 2021 Benatar one as so much detail came into it, my favorite ship from the movies is the new one, specially after seeing it on the theater with even those little spaceships that did appeared in the movie but the set feels a bit lacking, I would love for them to make a set based on that ship but with the scale of the 2021 one

What I did was I took the 2018 ship with the pod, removed the gauntlet stand included and instead added a punch of items from the advent calender like Rockets tool box and I even installed the stereo and speakers to it. It has made it far for engaging to look at and pose around

Set 76019-1 Starblaster Showdown, came with Star Lord's Helmet/Mask, and wasn't a Milano, it was a Nova Starship w/ Ronin Henchmen Fighter ship(which was the same enemy ship that came with the 2nd Milano set funny enough)! ...not that it's the same Star Lord, but the Marvel CMF Series 1 (based on the "What-If" Series) came with the T'challa Star Lord variant (Helmet came with black hair and purple eyes, but otherwise the same helmet!)

To be honest the 2021 infinity war one is probably one of the best Lego sets ever, I have it and honestly it’s size and detail for the price, £90 when I got it is amazing and it’s really rare that Lego throw something like that out for a reasonable price, it’s a really well designed considering the new one is the same price I paid it really isn’t a patch on the 2021 don’t get me wrong I want it I think it’ll complement the other one nicely
