The first Hulk came in 2012, not in the first Hulkbuster set. The Hulk in that set was the fourth Lego Hulk.

I love how it looks. I don’t prefer it over the dome head piece but I think it works as a perfect giant mech and not a hulk buster, idrk how to say it but it gives giant robot energy and makes the “oversized” nature of it look more natural imo. Idrk how to explain it

My ranking: 2015: I remember when I used to own this. Super fun, closest to the actual scale between Hulkbuster and the Hulk, and I like the look of it. 2018: I also used to have this. This was an extreme step up from the already amazing 2015 HB. Proportions are great, while sacrificing the scale, the gimmick was wacky, dumb and I loved the hell out of it, was worth enough without the cool but weird side build, and the arms connecting the head to the body were much sturdier than 2015’s. Now the ones I never owned. 2019: Looks cool, the weapons seem fun and I love War Machine. Just looks kind of small and a bit too squat. 2020: I would have no problem if the head was a bit taller, but I never had as much problems with the looks as many other people did. I love Comic Book HB. 2021: Actually looks like shit. Bro’s got a crotch that looks like it’s containing an extinction-level boner. Proportions don’t exist in the Wormhole, i guess, because we see none here. 2023: Lovely. I hope to get it.

While I don't own the 2015 and 2019 sets, I own all the other ones in this video along with the Iron Monger and Hydra Stomper, and I honestly love them all as I actually am a huge fan of robots and mechs! Plus they work really well with the new Marvel mini mech sets!

I think you missed Hydra Stomper 76201. It's technically not hulkbuster but as you included Warmachine buster and Sakaar Iron Man I think it should be included too. Even thought I like Sakaar versions colors I think Hydra Stomper is better build.

1, at 12:48 ish, it also has toe movement. Second, I had the 2018 hulk buster but I never built it because I was inexperienced and didn’t know how to build it. So I was happy when I got the 2023. It kinda like a side quest that I was grinding. I got the 2018 set in 2018 but I got the 2023 set in 2024 so I had that quest for about 7 years lol

Really good look/comparisons. Only ever got the first three. As good as the 2023 looks, the fixed leg/knee design is a real detriment to the display value/posability The others could always stand upright look ahead while this one always has to look stooped otherwise it'll topple over. Also not a fan of the piloting area as it's too tight/exposes the figure inside. Everything else though is great, just needs some redesign/modding to be perfect.
