I have the original Quinjet. No regrets at all. I felt like Lego actually TRIED to sell that first attempt for mass appeal, and 70 dollars for that set in the FIRST ever marvel actually gave you 70 dollars of value. Great playability as well. For all the others, except the 2023 one, I felt like LEGO didnt do as well as they could have.

It's good seeing all these together. I've got them all except the Endgame version (and next year's obviously). I've customised all of them, mostly to remove the play features that take up too much off the interior space. The Captain Marvel one I widened up the rear space by two studs. My problem with the Avengers 1 quintets is more of a problem with the original movie designs. They're called Quintets for a reason and they couldn't even design it with 5 points of propulsion let alone 5 jet engines. It's like if they designed the X-Men's Blackbird in bright red, like it's a cool jet, but you've entirely missed the concept.

I've collected all of these with the exception of Endgame variation which literally had next to nothing to do with the movie, and felt to similar to the Age of Ultron one despite being primarily blue. As much as I love the original 2012 one I feel it as well as most of them sacrificed too much interior space for some unnecessary play feature/vehicle. 2023 one does know such thing as it's all usable interior space with more room than anything I've really seen at this scale. Also didn't expect it to be slightly larger than the original. Articulated landing gear, and stand also very much appreciated. Couple that with the fantastic/improved minifig collection and this is a definite buy for me early January. Thanks for the review/comparisons.

I think the 2023’s back hatch is suppose to be flipped the other way so that you’re able to pose figures on it, like the 2016’s one😅😅 Love all these sets, some great some are not. The 2019 one has been my favorite since it came out but next year’s easily beats it
