When I got back into Lego again during the pandemic, I thought, “good thing I’m not into Ninjago” BUT THE LAST YEAR HAS CHANGED ME. Starting with the Temple of Dragon Energy Cores…then the beautiful dragon shrine, the new massive temple training grounds…and the new Motion Source Dragon and the retiring transforming magma dragon. Friends is leveling up, too. Lego wants ALL the AFOL money 😅

At least 3 expensive sets I want to get that are retiring this year... I most likely won't though, which sucks. But needs before want and all that. Batcave alone... Then the Sanctorum and Typewriter? Oof. Good to see, but man, you blew through that list! Understandably so, even if I'd like a bit of a slow down, sometimes... yeah. Don't forget to drink some water after all that!

NES, CREATOR CASTLE X4, FREIGHT TRAIN (that I dont like that much but its train so I must have it) And the next Bricklink in October I want all five....Oh dear, at least I will lose a lot of weight not buying food, so thats nice.

The diagon alley Weasley’s and the Holiday Main Street are on the top of my list. I like the a frame cabin and the treehouse but they are expensive for what Lego is offering. I was afraid that the boutique hotel would retire this year, guess I was lucky 😭

The Speed Champions Nissan Skyline is getting extended into next year according to Brick Dynasty. I know there are competing lists, but as you said, it'll probably hang around, and some are already backing that up. Also, Creator Vespa 40517 is popping up on a few lists for retirement. It's a great little licensed build for only $10 on LEGO with a 20% cash offer on Honey, so I think it's worth pickup up now for those who are interested.

Super surprised that the city cargo train is retiring after 2 years. They usually are on the shelf for four years before getting both new passenger train along side the cargo train. This is my least favorite cargo train so I’m not sad to see it go but since lego has for last decade has had a city passenger train and a city cargo train on shelf. Do you think we’re getting s new cargo train set to replace the retiring train?
